NO SYSTEM YOU FIND ON THE INTERNET OR EVEN AT LOCAL COMMERCIAL WHOLESALERS that we use to supply our product sells the cable that connects the cameras to the digital video recorder. Cable, connectors to be terminated at each end and a power supply are needed in addition to the camera and digital video recorder. Let me be clear. If Jiang were more knowledgeable about what he/she was looking for, he/she would have caught in the advertisement that the price only included the DVR and Cameras. That being said and I haven't seen the advertisement, all advertisers need to remember that consumers not in the industry may have never been in a position to buy cameras and are not aware of the in's and out's. The details need to be included in the advertisement. Us in the industry have these materials, cables, connectors and power supplies. Hopefully people considering purchasing cameras will read my post and obviously Jiang's and can see that what Jiang is complaining about and calling a scam is really not a scam as most people would describe being scammed. What kind of crap is that! I have never bought a security system without power supply, connectors and cable. Also, the security system was made in China. I just bought a higher resolution Samsung security system from Amazon.com for 30% cheaper than their final quote. True, it is likely the Samsung security system was also made in China. Most companies as that time wanted me to lease or do some kind of payment plan which I wasn't interested in. Other providers wanted a 3 year contract and original, installing company did not. Eventually, the company that did my instilwas sold to a group out of San Antonio and then that company was bought by Alert 360. They are based out of Tulsa and their service couldn't be worse. It's as if ADT and Comcast got together and had a baby and the baby got only the bad traits. The first thing they did was jack up my rate without offering any additional services and as a special "feature" they tacked on a monthly "insurance" cost to my bill without asking me. I called up to their headquarters and asked the clerk to justify their existence. I asked why I would continue to pay them when now days, systems are automated, cheap and efficient. The woman answered that "they answer the phone faster than any other alarm company." Which just shows she totally missed the point of the question. These people are crooks, and this business model is going the way of the dinosaurs. Update: no see, I'm not trying to get anything from you. Nor am I intent on helping you learn, grow, or be better at business. I've had my experience and now it's out there for people to see. Your chance, you had it, it's over. The men went to a hardware store to buy stuff to fix the problem. Not a good idea, but they thought they were doing the right thing. Later that evening, it started dripping again in my bedroom. Mr. Adrian Reyes wasted no time in taking care of the problem by staying on top of everything by calling a plumbing company Roto Rooter to fix the problem. Mr. Reyes called and texted periodically to make sure everything was going smoothly, which put me at ease. Through it all, my only problem was having to deal with a customer service agent in Oklahoma (I reside in Texas), who kept talking over me, trying to make me UNDERSTAND that I have a leak in the roof. Poor customer service on her part, but that will not deter me from giving Mr. Reyes 5 stars. I recommended CSG to two of my friends. The one that had the system installed is extremely satisfied. The other will have hers installed in August. I am sure she will be satisfied as well. Now, I have a different perspective on "one bad apple spoil the whole bunch". Not true in this case. Just one person acted inappropriately, but Mr. Reyes was quite professional, and maintained his professionalism through it all. I would definitely recommend this company. Mr. Reyes certainly deserve 5 star rating. It's too bad I can't give him ten stars. Mr. Reyes is a great asset to Central Security Group. Happy the technician is alright.
