I get thee and can't find anyone to help me so I call the number back and he says someone should be there and he's not there so he " doesn't know what to tell me" . Finally I find someone on property and I ask the lady can I look at the pallets because I wanted to buy some and she tells me no I can't look at them. I don't believe she could understand what I was saying and that's why she kept telling me no. Either way I've just wasted a lot of time and got very poor to zero service.

I will not go into detail but he definitely took an outright loss, but not losing a customer seemed more important to him which is very rare these days. Being ghosted by a company that claims to stand behind their work is unacceptable. If they did not want to agree to my counteroffer, they could have just said so. Instead, they chose silence, leaving a customer who has been patient and cooperative for years without any resolution. This behavior speaks volumes about how Wisenbaker handles warranty concerns and customer service. I've emailed and have yet to get a response back. I can't fathom there only being a one year warranty on cabinets that cost so much. I've had issues with dealing with Wisenbaker from the start. I'm trying to remain optimistic that I'll get a response back and that they'll stand behind their product and rectify these issues. I'll update once and if that happens.
