Right up until the point of receiving your payment, they answer every email quickly and are right by your side. Once the "campaigns" began, communication fell off a cliff. Although they did create a good video, the marketing efforts they claimed they were doing were pathetic. In google analytics, I never successfully was able to track even ONE visitor from their "marketing efforts" although they claimed thousands of views and clicks. Every time I asked for stats, insights or any other way to track the progress myself, they would just ignore my emails. The initial cordial emails replies were quickly replaced by either days worth of silence or short snippy replies about how they'll "check it out and get back to me." After 2 months of waiting for ANY proof that they indeed were putting in the marketing efforts they claimed to be, eventually communication from them totally ceased. Aside from making a cool video, Motiliti is NOT the company you want to work with for marketing your website - stay away unless you want to throw money into an abyss and wait days or weeks for replies to simple emails.

Unlike, what I read in a review below, these guys were "quick." I did have a solid idea of what design concept I wanted for the site with our very specific needs in an easy to use document. (I encourage anyone redoing a website to do this - otherwise there is tons of time wasted on back and forth.) Space Chimp provided a good designer/developer that knew wordpress well and was very fast in his development. Anything that he did not know how to do he let me know. Communication was good from start to finish. Our site is spiabroad (com) if you want to see the work they did for my company SPI High School Study Abroad programs. They finished our site redesign in a very timely manner and have been very easy to work with since. They gave us a dedicated account manager which has been very helpful to get the periodic updates and tweaks to the site done. This past weekend our website went down due to a server hosting issue (not related to Space Chimp) and the guys came to our rescue all day long on a weekend. I was very impressed. Listen, most web people are not always the best at communication. These guys actually are. I highly recommend them for many years, but above all they simply do good work that follows all the current and up to date trends in web design and online marketing.
