Believe it or not, after my experience and seeing how the owner is reaching out NOW, I'm not surprised that he has "no record" of my order from over 5 years ago. As my order got delayed and delayed without any communication only then to insult me over the phone, I wouldn't exactly call this owner "detail oriented." On what planet would I be out to destroy a small business? If I wanted to do that, I just wouldn't use the service, which I don't. The Yelp review is to protect other consumers, not to directly kill the business. The owner seems to be doing that on his own, hence the "concerned owner response" over 5 years later. UPDATE: I only wrote this second review to show the time gap between experience and response from owner. I don't want this guy to come off looking like he cares. He doesn't. Especially now that he's asking me for receipts over 5 years later.
