Get your ticket... take it with you & when you guys $50 on anything (double check me) food, merch... and get your ticket scanned you get FREE parking!! We took our ticket to Wet Willies... WORKED! Parking attendant scanned the ticket & out we went. The park is great! Stage was set, tarp over the field, chairs out in the "floor", porta potties set up down there, normal concessions, expensive beer & good times. Restrooms clean with planty of paper!!! Seeing OutKast come home to Centennial Olympic Park for #ATLast was genuinely one of the best…read morenights of my life. I had seen Big Boi solo before, but seeing him and André 3000 together in Atlanta, surrounded by the city and culture that produced them, was something else entirely. OutKast is sacred to me, and that weekend felt like an Atlanta hip-hop family reunion, with Future, Killer Mike, Sleepy Brown, 2 Chainz, and others turning the park into an extraordinary hometown celebration. The Friday night I attended felt like a Dungeon Family hit parade, and I'm very glad I was there for it. The whole weekend only deepened my affection for Atlanta. After Friday's show, we went to El Bar, where the late DJ Speakerfoxxx was absolutely killing it, and on Saturday we watched part of OutKast from a rooftop before heading to Terminal West to see a then-emerging Jungle, who sounded destined for superstardom from the first tune. Even the Coca-Cola presence beside the park felt perfectly Atlanta: an iconic global company woven right into the landscape of its hometown. What a trip, what a music city, and what a weekend. What I was able to take in was from the perimeter. Every gate I was able to stop and peek in to figure out what was in each spot. From behind bars I was able to see a lot and figure out what was what. Would have been nice to actually walk through here and be on Olympic grounds kind of. It is beautiful to see, and it is huge. Maybe one day I will be able to take it all in.

I'm going to make sure on all my social media I spread the word about how Chris Day handled this situation! Then he said you can see we moving stuff around. Customer have no control over that. My family and friends spent over 2 grand in this store at the beginning of June. We will take our business elsewhere and don't recommend this place.

The store was packed but they had every register open and a lot of associates on the floor helping customers. One awesome employee was even walking around giving expertise on which combinations of fireworks would go best together. The lines moved relatively quickly so it wasn't that bad of a wait. My only gripe is that we asked a floor associate about the buy one get 2 free promotion and specifically if it could be used with the $99 firework for $34.99 and were told that it could be. This led us to grabbing more fireworks than we planned to, but upon getting to the register were told that that could not be done and the cashier said, "I don't know who keeps saying that". Which lets me know that this has happened numerous times and they had yet to fix the issue, which is as simple as sending a manager around to every employee and ensuring that they understood the available promotions and what could and couldn't be combined. It would have been nice for the cashier to have gotten a manager or tried to work up some kind of accommodation given one of their coworkers gave us the wrong information, but they did absolutely nothing to smooth over the transaction and gave us the ultimatum of using the coupon or the promotion.

Cauble Park sits in the heart of Acworth and is a sprawling park that features all the standard…read moreofferings of a park from grill areas, gazebos, walking paths, playgrounds, restrooms and a few other public spaces that are first come first serve...but what makes Cauble Park so special is the beach...yup, the beach in the middle of Acworth! A portion of the park is dedicated to Acworth Beach, which is a fairly good sized sandy beach along side Lake Acworth. The beach is well kept, clean and normally packed during the summer months, as you would expect. They do have buoys in the water noting distance parameters, but the beach does not have active lifeguards, so very much "swim at your own risk". As with other beaches, they offer restrooms and showers adjacent to the beach. While Cauble Park features all the good stuff of a park, it is also a residential neighborhood. To access you either have to live in the city limits of Acworth, and have your respective car tag, or pay a per-car fee to enter. It ranges from $10 - $20, depending on the season. Parking is plentiful, but can be tough on summer weekend days or during special events such as July 4th. Something else I enjoyed about this park is the wooden walkway that took you over Lake Acworth and gave great views of the park, lake and beach. This trail leads into a wooden trail, and while I enjoy paved trails a bit more, I get the preservation of the woods and leaving the trail paved/dirt. This trail is not very long, and dead ends into another residential street. Overall, Cauble Park at Acworth Beach is a well know, but hidden gem in the community! My best friend lives in Acworth, so every time I visit, we make sure to swing by the park at least once.

I see people fishing, canoeing, boating, walking their dogs, and getting into the water at the beach. Personally, I'm not that suicidal that I would get into the water any time soon. What comes to the restrooms, I do not use them unless I absolutely have to. I have attended several events at this park, and I enjoyed them. However, if you come to see fireworks, prepare yourself for a long walk. You might have to park very far from the park. City of Acworth Parks and Recreation is not enforcing parking fees all the time, maybe just on summer weekends? I have never paid for parking here. Absolutely clean, beautiful place.

We went with some double-shell mortars, some color-changing mortars (both with a couple that have crackles), some mini-repeaters with various effects from crackling showers to double reports and varying colors, some bottle rockets with whistles and reports, some sparklers (for mom- "They're NEON! "), and three mid-tier finale repeaters. Total number of shots acquired (not including bottle rockets or sparklers, of course)? 619 shots (32 mortars, 147 mini-mortar-repeaters, 440 repeater shots). Now, the way we got this was each of us purchased separately with our own IDs and "accounts" so that we could double-up on the use of the "buy 1 get 2 free" coupon and still use the "50% off everything" coupon. My mom used the buy 1 get 2 free" coupon for the 3 mortar boxes and a t-shirt and spent about $120. I used the buy 1 get 2 free" coupon for the three repeater finale boxes and a t-shirt and spent about $160. My sister used the "50% off everything" coupon for the 2 sparkler packs, 15 repeaters, and the bottle rockets- and spent about $60. Would I return? Yeah. The coupons made the purchases worth it. However, we had to finagle the coupon situation to make it work for us... If they'd just price things fairly from the get-go, it'd be a whole lot easier. All-in-all, figuring out what the best value for our money was took about and hour and a half of carefully shopping the store and being good at math. The $26 we spent on the obligatory t-shirts we don't care about felt wrong, but it helped us save on the mortars and the finales...so, meh? Obviously , pricing can be better, BUT overall, we came out with a decent deal...BUT WE HAD TO PUT IN THE EFFORT ON OUR SIDE. So, it was not a great shopping experience. I dread it every year.
