Overall a surprisingly positive experience for a concert in a baseball stadium. First, the logistics. Truist Park is a commitment if you live in Atlanta, because it's about 20 minutes north of the city and genuinely out of the way for locals. This is not a public transit situation, and I'd imagine rideshare is chaos at the end of an event. Plan your evening around it. We reserved parking in advance in the Red Deck ($85, split between two, well worth it) and I'm so glad we did, because parking sold out for the event. One tip I wish I'd used: certain decks, including the Red Deck, offer parking validation if you spend 50 dollars collectively at the Battery vendors (across different receipts and people in your crew). Check the Truist site for which decks qualify. The Red Deck is also one of the closest options. Delta might be a touch closer but pricier, and valet exists too. Only catch is you can't get validation if you pre-pay/reserve, so it's not ideal to use for a sold-out event. The Battery itself is genuinely cool, and I wish I'd realized how many options there were. Lots of local spots, such as the texmex joint Superica, which is a favorite of mine. It's a great one-stop shop for an event here: eat, then walk over. We skipped it this time because it was so hot and a lot of the seating is outdoor, so we grabbed food near my friend's place, waited out the traffic, and drove about 30 minutes over. The drive into the garage was easy. We arrived about an hour before the main artist, but between parking and the 10-minute walk to the gate (and remembering to download our tickets first), the whole entry process took a good 20 minutes. Getting in through security was a breeze since we came on the later side. No line, they swept us right through. This was a no-bag event and I brought a small clear purse maybe an inch and a half over their size spec, and they didn't blink. I was impressed by the food inside. Like Mercedes-Benz, it's a little more elevated than standard ballpark fare. The usual hot dogs, tenders, and cheeseburgers are there, but so is Chick-fil-A and some local spots, including Bonafide Deluxe, a favorite sandwich shop of mine. My one real drawback of the venue management: when it's crowded, moving through the concourse is rough. There's no security or personnel keeping people from just standing in the middle of the walkway, and it took us almost 10 minutes to reach our seats once inside. On the plus side, there's a lot of shade as you walk through, which I imagine is a lifesaver for day games. Now, the seats! Ours were in section 444, way off to the far left, marked limited obstructed view, but honestly, the obstruction wasn't super noticeable. We saw plenty of the show, maybe helped by a stage setup where the artist spent a lot of the night at front center stage. The underrated part of this nosebleed section was that the upper levels catch a breeze, so we were noticeably cooler than the lower bowl on what was a brutally hot evening. The seats themselves were spacious and comfortable, which is not a given at stadium shows where they usually cram you in. When I got overheated, actually sitting in my seat was a relief! We started walking to the car right around the last two songs and got out with absolutely no traffic, even with the 10-minute walk. This was the move, as I saw on social media later that night that folks who waited until the very end had a hard time getting out of the garage. Worth repeating: I cannot recommend reserving parking in advance enough for this venue and planning your strategy for not getting stuck in traffic. I overall really liked Truist Park, and that's coming from someone who doesn't love outdoor events, isn't a baseball fan, and wouldn't see myself here for a game. But for a concert? Well worth it and I'd certainly come back!

There are a ton of shops and food options conveniently right outside the park, and the food options inside were good too - we tried their hotdog and burger. The stadium was also very clean and it was easy to navigate, despite being so crowded. The stadium is also well located near a ton of hotels which was nice, it really helped us narrow down where to stay since we had come from out of town for the show.

Instead he tried selling us other stuff as if he didn't realize what we were saying. The Hulu blue is clearly in the 9.99 area. He screwed up and should have honored that 1 we had. We were about to spend a lot of money but he didn't are and showed he didn't care about the customers!!! I'm going to make sure on all my social media I spread the word about how Chris Day handled this situation! Then he said you can see we moving stuff around. Customer have no control over that. My family and friends spent over 2 grand in this store at the beginning of June. We will take our business elsewhere and don't recommend this place.

The store was packed but they had every register open and a lot of associates on the floor helping customers. One awesome employee was even walking around giving expertise on which combinations of fireworks would go best together. The lines moved relatively quickly so it wasn't that bad of a wait. My only gripe is that we asked a floor associate about the buy one get 2 free promotion and specifically if it could be used with the $99 firework for $34.99 and were told that it could be. This led us to grabbing more fireworks than we planned to, but upon getting to the register were told that that could not be done and the cashier said, "I don't know who keeps saying that". Which lets me know that this has happened numerous times and they had yet to fix the issue, which is as simple as sending a manager around to every employee and ensuring that they understood the available promotions and what could and couldn't be combined. It would have been nice for the cashier to have gotten a manager or tried to work up some kind of accommodation given one of their coworkers gave us the wrong information, but they did absolutely nothing to smooth over the transaction and gave us the ultimatum of using the coupon or the promotion.

Cauble Park sits in the heart of Acworth and is a sprawling park that features all the standard…read moreofferings of a park from grill areas, gazebos, walking paths, playgrounds, restrooms and a few other public spaces that are first come first serve...but what makes Cauble Park so special is the beach...yup, the beach in the middle of Acworth! A portion of the park is dedicated to Acworth Beach, which is a fairly good sized sandy beach along side Lake Acworth. The beach is well kept, clean and normally packed during the summer months, as you would expect. They do have buoys in the water noting distance parameters, but the beach does not have active lifeguards, so very much "swim at your own risk". As with other beaches, they offer restrooms and showers adjacent to the beach. While Cauble Park features all the good stuff of a park, it is also a residential neighborhood. To access you either have to live in the city limits of Acworth, and have your respective car tag, or pay a per-car fee to enter. It ranges from $10 - $20, depending on the season. Parking is plentiful, but can be tough on summer weekend days or during special events such as July 4th. Something else I enjoyed about this park is the wooden walkway that took you over Lake Acworth and gave great views of the park, lake and beach. This trail leads into a wooden trail, and while I enjoy paved trails a bit more, I get the preservation of the woods and leaving the trail paved/dirt. This trail is not very long, and dead ends into another residential street. Overall, Cauble Park at Acworth Beach is a well know, but hidden gem in the community! My best friend lives in Acworth, so every time I visit, we make sure to swing by the park at least once.
