Aside from my shutters and door ( which was a preference, not something that needed to be done, but I LOVE it) I have him come back to fix a piece of my garage that was rotten. We discussed a few options. One being an aluminum frame. After pricing the job out, Dubs decided to replace the wood and not use aluminum because of price, so with the customer in mind, he chose to not use the aluminum because the material price has skyrocket like everything else. In my mind, what does he care, I would be paying for it but no, He chose to save me money!!!! So awesome. He told me he would do the primer and then paint after it had dried, which I was just thinking, primer one day, then come back and paint. When I came home last night, it looked like I had pulled into the wrong driveway, the update was PERFECT. I thought , wow, how did he get that done so fast?!! When I spoke to him today, he said he was able to prime and get one light coat of paint on. I told him it looked perfect and could actually leave as is. He insisted he was going to do another coat. So , while I knew prior to this second job at my house, this job really confirms the pride he takes in his work. It's sad that I am shocked to find someone that takes pride in their work but WOW!!!! I feel like when he's done with my house, it's going to look brand new. Also another thing that I was highly impressed with is that he asked me of I minded if he had helped someone else with a project while he was still doing mine. Of course I do not mind at all, this guy deserves to make money when it's available. And in no way has him helping someone else impacted what he was doing for me. Dubs knows exactly what he is doing, and his time management skills ( which I don't think I mentioned in my first review) are spot on ( not usual for a man, haha, joking!!) If you hire him, you will not be disappointed and I'm almost positive you will be rushing to give him a 5 star review as well as recommendations to friends and family. You will of found "your guy" . Also, he's young, so he's not going anywhere, still has all the energy to complete big or small jobs. Next to the work being done as expected the fact that he's on time and actually shows up on the days he says he is, is so, so, so helpful.

It definitely took extra time and effort to rebuild what he had to pull out. Adamark worked hard and did extra to make sure the doors came out flawlessly. Trim and capping look great. He subcontracted out all the work, just yelled & supervised. My front steps were repainted before the repointing concrete was dry. My steps look like 'Tetris'. I called and complained and he said he would come back in a few months because he had surgery. Told him to give me the paint info and I would do it myself. Messaged him again about the chunks of concrete falling from the foundation, and he proceeds to tell me he's had surgery and RETIRED TO FLORIDA. He then proceeds to send me photos of his groin & shaved pubes. P.S. Insisted I pay him in cash, my mistake. Don't do business with this creep. I've already notified the IRS of his insistence of cash payment in addition to copies & screenshots of my checking account statements - he's being investigated. Tink really pulled the wool over my eyes right after my son's father had passed away. I don't know how to do this stuff and trusted him to do a good job. I don't want him on my property ever again, but I do deserve a big chunk of money back, as I now have to pay a real professional.

He is meticulous about his work, and will respond immediately to questions or concerns the work itself is very well done, very professionally finished. if I have any complaints at all it is once you see what kind of work he does you will want your entire house redone, and if you don't have the money for it then frustration sets in. His prices are good for the work that he does. If you give him a budget he will work hard to help you get as much as you can for the price.
