They sent the antibiotics to my pharmacy immediately, meaning it only took me a little over an hour to receive care and get my medication. He refused to look me or my wife in the eye, never introduced himself, and physically hurt me. I am bruised from where he wrapped my arm SO tightly with a band to insert my IV. The band tightness was actually more painful than my kidney stone and sepsis, the reason for my visit. I begged for relief and so did my wife. I twisted and moaned and cried in pain. He said nothing. This was completely awful, emotionally scarring, and I cannot believe this man is allowed to practice medicine when he does not care about the patient's comfort.
