It was a blessing to have Toree represent us and when you know you have those certain moments where things were meant to be, Toree working with us was one of those moments. We were in the market for a 2nd home for our family and I'm glad I came here to Zillow and had them recommend Toree to us. We got in contact with Toree around Nov. 2020 and from there it took-off. Our early correspondences with Toree came via email but when we returned back to the Oregon area in late Jan 2021, we finally got to meet her in person after we had agreed to meetup and visit some beautiful properties in the area. Toree did her due dilliegence and put together an intinerary of homes she wanted to show us in the general area based on our wish-list search criterias. The Saturday that we spent with Toree visiting all of these locations were quite exciting. We were on a sort of treasure hunt for homes. Throughout the day, we saw many types of homes and designs from each builder to get an idea of what was being offered. All of Toree's property recommendations for us were exceptionally beautiful and each had extreme potential and were somewhat within our budget. Any of those properties (Kemmer Ridge, Reed's Crossing, Lolich Farms) could have been our next home that we could have easily moved into, but our ultimate decision came on location and proximity to my daughters college as we wanted them to have the closet commute as possible. Toree showed us one location that was just a dirt lot that was in the beginnng stages of being built. It turned out to be our future home. The builder had no model homes available for view. For some, it would be difficult to make a decision on a home based on just videos and photos from the builders website. We did visit the builder and they were only able to provide us some take-home pamphlets that we read later at home. For some reason though after comparing all of the other potential properties, we felt this was the one for us went off of a leap of faith and it turned out to be the one. Our new home location was located to many places nearby for groceries, gas stations, Dutch Bros, places to grab takeout, etc. We committed on the home in February and the home was ready for move-in around mid May. The entire process was smooth and quick. We were able to lock in the price before the value went up. The timing was perfect from the beginning, middle and end. There were some issues regarding the builder with procuring materials due to COVID but were quickly resolved. In just a matter of 5 months, we were in posession of our new home. Toree is a knowledgeable, go-getter type of professional and really knows her craft. She was very patient, dilligent and responsive to all my text messages and emails and what's very impressive about Toree is that she was able to do all of this while juggling her personal life as a super-mom at home taking care of her toddler and grade-school boys. For someone to juggle career and family is quite impressive. Nonethless, she was always there for us and made our new home-buying experience more the better. The challenge for all of us was corresponding from out of state as our main home was back in California, but Toree did well. Toree was our liason between us and the builder and she represented us well. She regularly provided us videos of the home and photos during it's progress of being built. After many countless numbers of emails and questions between the builder, lender and others, we were satisfied with our outcome at the end. Toree was there with us the entire way. The finale came when she visited us one last time and took a photo with our family in front of our new home. It was then and there that knew our home buying process was over. We finally had a new house to enjoy!! Toree will always be a part of our home buying experience and she will always be a part of our home and family and is always welcomed to visit us anytime. I went to open houses, met a few agents, and tried searching with Redfin (where they assigned me an agent), but I didn't feel like I had found the right agent until I started working with Josh. He has worked so much in this area that he has a great understanding of the market and what might be possible or harder to find in each neighborhood. He was always highly responsive to questions and worked hard on my behalf and shared things he noticed about homes during tours, which I found incredibly useful. When I put in an offer on the condo, he worked diligently to find out unknowns from the sellers. He also counseled me through negotiations extremely well by letting me come up with my numbers and justifications first and then working with me to adjust these based on the market and his experience, so that I actually ended up asking for (and receiving) more funds to renovate the space than I had anticipated. All around, he was remarkable to work with and I would highly recommend him to my friends and family, and everyone else.

We literally never thought we could sell our house, let alone sell and buy. Michelle did both, and she took most of the stress out of the whole thing. She figures out your goals, and does everything possible to make them a reality. Quick looking, Michelle is who you want. Detailed review: We met Michelle several years ago at a neighbor's open house. That house sold quickly. The next year we went to another, again represented by Michelle. That house, also sold immediately. We decided we would use Michelle. Fast forward 2 years to this last winter, and Michelle helped us prepare to place our house on the market. We were initially disappointed at the price point she wanted to list the house at, but she had multiple data points to back up her price point. Our place was old and had a lot of disclosures we needed to work through. I bought the place and found lots of problems, and didn't want to leave our buyers in the same situation. She went item by item through our disclosures and help us be honest to the buyers. Our first weekend it was on the market, she found us NINE offers, all over asking, and all aware of the issues our house came with. We were shocked. She presented the offers and gave us some advice, but allowed us to make the decision. We obviously encountered a few issues with the inspections, which she worked diligently to find us resources that would help remedy the situation and always made our appointments, sometimes even when we couldn't. She seemed to always have another resource to call, even if one told us something we didn't like. She worked day and night to help negotiate with very difficult buyers, and lost story short, kept positive through a tough negotiation, and never strayed from doing what was best for us. Our first buyer wanted more work done than we were willing. We decided to walk away from our first buyer -- and she gave us wholehearted support, even though it may have impacted her financially. She truthfully wanted the best for us.. Within a day, we had secured another buyer thanks to her working relationships she has. This buyer was much more reasonable, but still required Michelle to juggle some strange issues with our 100 year old house. Every question that came up, she seemed to have an answer to. She helped us negotiate, and fix the issues, while still selling far above what we had asked for. At the same time, she worked to show us homes all across the west side that would help fit our needs. We fought with one seller for several weeks over a home and ultimately worked to get an accepted offer. In the middle of all of this, we went on a planned trip to Europe for two weeks. Michelle went above and beyond to make appointments with both homes while we were gone to ensure we appeased our buyers, while making sure the home we purchased had everything we wanted lined up. Michelle is terrific. She's blunt but respectful. She knows how to tell you to be realistic, but also knows exactly when and how to make her move to get you the most possible. Her business intuition is incredible. Each move she makes is calculated and well experienced. Michelle is obviously more savvy than most agents, and we found ourselves frustrated when other agents weren't as prepared as Michelle. Though, she seemed used to it. She seemed to know this chess game better than anybody -- she would call opposing agents moves before they made them. This placed us in the drivers seat selling and buying. In the end, she sold our 100 year old home far above asking, and got us the home we wanted all along at a reasonable price and with room to make improvements. She spent so much time with us, we almost forgot she had other clients. But she always had stories of another house she was pending on. She worked with us for the better part of 4 months, and each time an issue came up we felt like we were her only client. We are so happy to have found her, but slightly sad that we won't get to use her because she found us our lifetime house. We look forward to referring every person we know to her, and you'd be a fool not to use her as well.
