I purchased a used CLK from dealer on July 17, 2018. At time of purchase, I was told the title would be sent within the next couple of days. When I had not received it by August 1, I called the sales agent who told me he didn't realize the title was not given to me at time of purchase. It was actually never obtained from the seller and per the DMV office the car should have never been sold. I finally received the title on August 7, only to have the DMV office inform me that because the lien holder had not signed off on the title, DMV could not accept it. I called the GM to discuss my frustration on Wednesday August, 15 and seek his help but he would not take my call. I left a message and still have not heard back from the GM. I was then told by the title associate that indeed that car should not have been sold without the title and they made a mistake. I was further told the appropriate paperwork was sent via FEDEX and I am still waiting three days later for this supposed overnight mail! I would be cautious about buying a used car from this dealership. read more
