Over eight months, I paid $29,000 for what was promised to be expert tech pack creation, fabric sourcing, and production management. The result was a total and complete failure. Not a single usable deliverable was produced after eight months and a five-figure investment. Unusable Tech Packs: The tech packs I received contained fundamental measurement and specification errors. They were not just "rough drafts"; they were professionally incompetent and would have resulted in costly, failed samples. Zero Sourcing Results: Despite months of communication and promises, the process yielded zero confirmed, viable fabric suppliers. This was a core service I paid for that was never delivered. Constant Disarray & Failed Expertise: My project was handed between Anna and Catherine in disjointed phases, with no proper handover. This lack of continuity caused constant, frustrating delays. It is especially concerning that Anna, who cites 17 years of industry experience, was ultimately responsible for an account that produced such profoundly flawed and unusable outputs.
