When the original contractor hadn't even contacted us after more than two days and the weekend was approaching, we reached out to Wayne Group. Even though it was after hours, someone answered the phone right away. The representative I spoke with promised to call me the next morning, and she did exactly as promised. They had a technician out that same afternoon. Anthony quickly diagnosed what appeared to be the issue. Later that evening, the A/C acted up again, and despite it being after hours, Anthony answered my call and walked me through what was happening. We determined the thermostat was likely the problem. The very next morning (Saturday), they followed up to check on everything and ordered the thermostat. Then, first thing Monday morning, Anthony returned to install it, and the A/C has been working perfectly ever since. With this Florida heat and a 6-year-old in the home, having our A/C restored so quickly meant a great deal. Their professionalism, responsiveness, communication, and follow-through were outstanding. This morning, while sitting in traffic near Boca Raton, one of JVAC's marked service vans aggressively used the express lane exit to bypass traffic before forcing its way back into the travel lane. The driver continued all the way to the plastic delineator posts and nearly clipped the mirror off the pickup truck in front of me. It was an incredibly aggressive and disrespectful maneuver that reflected poorly on the company. As a business owner myself, I know employees don't always make the best decisions. I own an electrical contracting company, and if one of my employees was driving one of my marked vehicles like that, I would absolutely want someone to let me know. Insurance is expensive enough, and your company's reputation is too important to have it damaged by careless driving. I called the number on the back of the van expecting at least a little defensiveness, but I was pleasantly surprised. The owner answered, listened to my concerns without making excuses, thanked me for bringing it to his attention, and assured me he would address the issue with the driver. That level of accountability deserves recognition. We all know how difficult it is to find and keep good employees, and one employee shouldn't necessarily define an entire company. Hopefully this becomes a learning experience for the driver and helps prevent something more serious from happening in the future. While I can't comment on the quality of JVAC's HVAC work, I can say I appreciated the professionalism and accountability shown by the owner when a legitimate concern was brought to his attention.

Oleg and his team at Fuse were AMAZING!…read more From my initial chat communications with Oleg through Yelp, I knew we would be in great hands as he displayed his VAST knowledge of HVAC technologies in general. Not only was he able to accommodate an appointment the very next day (at 8 AM, as I requested), but he was able to diagnose and repair my two Mitsubishi Mr. Slim AC units within less than two hours. As you can see from the photos, when Oleg and his team arrived this morning, both AC units were blowing HOT AIR (which is almost NEVER necessary in South Florida) and by the time they were done, both units were blowing VERY cold air, allowing the units to function as designed and cooling the spaces that each unit served. Oleg also recommended some additional maintenance that the units could benefit from, but he was not at all about the "high-pressure" sales tactics and simply provided the information and pricing for me to decide. Fuse's pricing was more than fair, and Oleg and his team seemed to care more about the work and performing it with expert precision than they did about the money.
