I was in tears thinking about my recovery. I called Steven at Seaside... he is an angle! Although they were fully booked for that day of service.. he said not to worry, he would call me after his last appointment and come up and see what was wrong. After working all day, Steven showed up at my door and saved the day! He was able to determine what wrong, explained everything and contacted his supplier for parts, they had them in stock, Steven made a special trip to pick them up (since I needed my unit fixed the next day due to my surgery the parts would not arrive in time if they were shipped) Steven scheduled me for the NEXT DAY, ensuring I would have AC after my surgery! Steven arrived the next morning parts in hand, he fixed my unit and serviced it. Seaside goes above and beyond 'service and repair'. I spoke with Steven about my future plans of moving, he shared his expert opinion with me on what to look for as well as offered to inspect the AC unit at any property that I am going to purchase to make sure the unit is good as well cost for replacement and repair. Extremely disappointed with Seaside Air Services. I called them because of a clogged AC drain and a…read moreleaking pan. My AC was cooling my home perfectly fine before they arrived. After their technician worked on my system, my AC is now no longer cooling, and I am sitting in a hot house in the middle of a hot Florida summer with three kids. During the visit, the technician also raised concerns about my refrigerant, told me my system was much older than I had previously been told, and the diagnosis seemed to change after I purchased their warranty program--from condensation to a supposed hole in the coil and a recommendation that the system essentially needed to be replaced. I cannot prove what happened, but the timing is extremely concerning. I called Seaside to fix a drain and a leak--not to end up with an AC that no longer cools. I will not be paying Seaside to come back and repair a problem that I did not have before their technician worked on my system. I am getting an independent second opinion and strongly recommend that other homeowners do the same before allowing this company to perform additional work. Very disappointing experience.

I spent a fortune having my place totally cleaned! Rugs, curtains, everything!!! After spending all that time and money getting my place somewhat clean we hired FL AC to come clean my ducts. That were filled with dust, mold, asbestos and possible lead? Year built 1974!!! This FL AC co came in knowing this and they knew my dusts had dust and unknown chemicals in it. Their job was to close off the other side of the ac duct so it doesn't blow these chemicals into the unit. The other side of my ducts went right into my bedroom too. Since I have developed breathing probs due to all this dust from MCI windows in Delray I had to leave the condo until they completed the job. When I came back into my place my throat totally closed up. I couldn't breathe. This co was supposed to cover and close up that vent and only allow the dirt and debris from my ducts to go back into their cleaning machine they used. Not have it blown out the other side of my vent where all this debris ended up! It's airborne and after spending a fortune on cleaning my place my bedroom was totally filled with dust and all these chemicals. Nothing was covered either! Everything in my bedroom was FILLED WITH DUST. My Rugs that I just had steam cleaned. MY bedroom smelled horrid and after spending all this time and money n cleaning my rugs and curtains it was back to the way MCI left it!!!. My bed blankets and sheets filled with dust!. My electronics were also filled with this dust. Chemicals we have NO idea that was inside those ducts! All my clothes ruined! They had to come in with a HEPA BIG MACHINE that had to run for three to four days! And I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE ELECTRIC FOR THIS??? Do not use this company Do not use MCI EITHER.

Oleg and his team at Fuse were AMAZING!…read more From my initial chat communications with Oleg through Yelp, I knew we would be in great hands as he displayed his VAST knowledge of HVAC technologies in general. Not only was he able to accommodate an appointment the very next day (at 8 AM, as I requested), but he was able to diagnose and repair my two Mitsubishi Mr. Slim AC units within less than two hours. As you can see from the photos, when Oleg and his team arrived this morning, both AC units were blowing HOT AIR (which is almost NEVER necessary in South Florida) and by the time they were done, both units were blowing VERY cold air, allowing the units to function as designed and cooling the spaces that each unit served. Oleg also recommended some additional maintenance that the units could benefit from, but he was not at all about the "high-pressure" sales tactics and simply provided the information and pricing for me to decide. Fuse's pricing was more than fair, and Oleg and his team seemed to care more about the work and performing it with expert precision than they did about the money. I would HIGHLY recommend Oleg and the entire Fuse team to ANYONE and EVERYONE!
