Took my vehicle in for a major oil leak. Was told it was the valley pan gasket, valve cover gasket,…read moreoil cooler line, and oil pan gasket. Due to the extent of the oil leak I asked if the rear main seal was leaking. I was told no that it was the only items listed above. Approved the repairs and picked up the vehicle. Was told they had to power wash the underneath due to the amount of oil that had been leaking. So not to be alarmed if I saw some drips for awhile. Drove the vehicle less than 50 miles and the leak was just as bad as it always was had to put 2.5 quarts of oil in. Took back to Dart was then told it was the rear main seal. This was definitely misdiagnosed the first time. They then wanted another $1000 to do the rear main seal. Per the owner Dave after doing the other repairs it added more oil pressure causing the rear main seal to go out. Oil pressure was never an issue and carries the same oil pressure before and after repairs. At this point I'm not convinced they even replaced the gaskets they said they replaced. As I can't tell any difference with the oil leak. Definitely would not recommend this shop.

Terry, our service advisor, had the mechanic look over the system and found a blown line from the reservoir to the power steering unit. Turns out the steering pump was alright and it just needed the line replaced saving us a lot of money (a lot of money!). That is the honesty and integrity paired with professional, knowledgeable, friendly people that got my attention years ago and will keep me as a loyal customer into the future. All of the staff I interacted with were polite and professional, and that made the process more comfortable. However, I do have several complaints. Before driving all the way from Virginia to Ohio, we agreed on an out-the-door price of $35,000. When I arrived, I was told the price had been increased by $500, and there was very little willingness to negotiate after the fact. That was frustrating, especially after making such a long trip based on a prior agreement. The vehicle itself was also disappointing at delivery. The Bronco was very dirty, had only about 10% oil life remaining, and was given to me with almost no gas in the tank. It also needs the window wipers replaced. When I brought this up, Hunter said he would provide a gas card, but I was only given $12, even though it takes roughly $60 to fill the tank. The listing said it had 55,000 thousand miles but when I arrived it has 57,500 thousand. While I'm happy with the Bronco itself and the staff was friendly, the pricing change, lack of vehicle prep, and minimal effort to make things right took away from what should have been an exciting purchase experience.

Before I bought the car ( which i paid Alot of money for) they told me that they changed & put new fluids in the car, changed things like the oil & air filter, put a new battery in the car and cleaned the inside. All of which where a lie. the inside had tares the did not show or mention, had trash tucked in the seats ( like bags) the oil was black and almost empty, there was No coolant! or any other fluids put in or replaced under the hood, and worse the new battery the just put in had clear signs of corrosion. Leaving work on my first day in the car, the car wouldnt start for the life of me, not only did the key fob die, the battery for the car did as well.. I was stuck in the rain for two hours ( plus i had to buy a new $260 battery) when I called them they where very avoidant on what I was talking about and said they would call me back with an answer.... nothing.. I will be reporting this place to the Better Business bureau...
