I am a previous employee of this company and was unfairly fired due to me catching the "manager" William Salvatore in multiple lies. He does not know how manage a team. He believes managing a team is always trying to cover up him not properly doing his job. I have been a medical assistant for almost 10 years with a relevant experience. The pay is horrible. There are so many OSHA violations associated with this company. I was fired two days before Christmas because I provided information regarding pto request which he denied then later stated it never happened. Also never told me about not receiving holiday pay. Lied to the CEO Ms. Simmons about needed documentation at a certain time for payroll which was never mentioned to me. William absolutely has no clue on how to manage staff and patient satisfactory. Many of patients have spoken with me about the lack of professionalism and the employee retention rate. Anyone that questions their decisions or lack of accountability they will fire you! They claim they want a team but it didnt feel like a team when your lying on your staff to get doggie treats from Ms.Simmons. What did upset me at the time is all the work I have put in that clinic in the very short time I was there. Caught up on many referrals, prior authorizations, billing, labs, building rapport with the patients and many other important things that has not been properly done. They refuse to upgrade any equipment in the facility that why it's takes numerous of months for patient referrals and other important documents needed to approve integrated care. If it wasn't for Bryiane that place will fall apart!!!!! Inappropriate communication --meaning " your not aloud to voice your opinion or speak on something or someone that is doing wrong". I never been late, I never called out without appropriate documentation and I never lied! William if you read this just know you didn't do anything to hurt me I now make 32/hr and now I'm a supervisor and if you need some tips on how manage staff and handle things formally let me know I'll gladly help you. Please stop lying on your staff. Ms. Simmons wake up your little poodle William does not know what he is doing. He has the only child syndrome which means he believes everyone is wrong but him. He doesn't take accountability for the mistakes he makes. To be honest William I was the only one in the clinic that defended you and your weird behavior; no one respects you in there!!! A note to Ms.Simmons: you need to fire William he does not know what he is doing he is the real reason why staff is not staying. It makes business look bad and FCCHC looks untrustworthy to patients. He is firing staff because we are catching him in too many lies to try and impress you for some odd weird reason. But I want to say thank you to #1 hater William for firing me; God didn't want me there he knows I put my all into my work and what I do and thanks to you I was hired again to work from home lol.
