The assistant doing my exam was nice but not very communicative, I felt like I was burden for them. The doctor was kind but extremely soft spoken and almost seemed scared? There were a lot of people waiting around, it would take a while to address them, there were papers all over the desk and no one seemed to really know what was going on. They had issues processing my insurance but the assistant who helped me fix everything was nice and clearly was also frustrated with how disorganized and confused everyone else seemed to be. He did a very thorough exam and started me in Vision Therapy which is also available in his office. My other eye doctor told me my vision was fine. I am glad I got a second opinion. He is one of a very few neurological optometrists in this area. He has extensive training in helping kids and adults with learning disabilities, sleep issues, ADD, balance issues, vertigo, stroke and concussion recovery. I started seeing major improvements within the first week of starting vision therapy. I cannot say enough about this very special practice.
