The salon is nice and clean and they brought me a menu where I could choose herbal teas while I waited with color. I also brought my daughter here for a wash, blowdry and style for her grade 8 graduation and she was very happy with it. I will defn come back.

Furthermore, their website has the estimated time and amount for each type of job which is amazing. The owner is particularly interesting, valuing her workforce team as the top priority. She ensures it is a no-drama salon and wants to keep it that way. As a single mom of 2 and business owner she even taught herself how to do accounting for the business on the side, which shows nothing but dedication. Long and short of it from what I found is that they are amazing people that do an amazing job for an amazing price. I have no doubt that this place will fill up fast, now that salons have been allowed to reopen. (They are also SUPER safe and hygienic, everything is sanitized, everyone wears dual masks)

I got…read moremy hair RUINED by one of the "master" stylist to the point where it was so over processed I went somewhere else and they had to cut off over 6 inches. I could literally see and feel my hair breaking off, don't think I've ever cried that much in my life. My hair was long, healthy and soft and ever since coming here it's been dead. Not only did I have to pay for the balayage (which was expensive on its own) but I've also now had to spend $100's of dollars on Olaplex products to TRY to fix my hair. All I want is to get my hair to how it was before. Every time I look in the mirror all I can think about is how short and damaged my hair is now and regret ever coming to this place. If I can give you one piece of advice it would be DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! I've never posted a review but once I figure out how to post photos I'll post the before and after and you'll see the damage they did to my hair, it's bad!! :( Adding the pictures, the left was my hair right after my appointment and the right is a couple weeks after. (ps. my hair wasn't actually that orange, it is the light) but you can see how much shorter my hair is and that my hair is now super thin, breaking and falling out. I'll be honest tho, This picture doesn't even do it justice of how bad it really was, parts of my hair weren't even reaching my shoulders from the breakage and the parts that were were breaking with every touch. My hair now it just past my shoulders with how much they had to cut,, YEARS of growing my hair out RUINED. Never been to a place as bad as this! :( If I can save even one person from having the same terrible experience I'll be happy cuz this was honestly THE WORST experience I have ever had. :(
