Made an appointment for 4:45 pm. Appointment schedules are a joke. If you can't even reasonably honor appointment times don't offer them. Most people definitely understand the need to wait 5, 10, and even 20 minutes due to unforeseen scheduling changes and customer demands, but beyond 45 minutes (as of right now) is not acceptable customer service. if i could give a negative 1 million i would, carol destroyed my daughter emotionally causing her to not even want to be seen at all, it was cut wayi called to let her know and she insisted she did what the picture showed which is completely the total opposite, no im sorry no nothing carol didnt show any sort of emotion other than ignorance clearly she only cared about getting her $45 no compassion at all towards a 15 year old who struggles with mental health, all they can do is a credit which wont be used for a year because its only for a hair cut wash and style, they cant do extensions at all because they dont offer that service which means i have a very upset 15 year old still which means im a very unhappy mom and i will not take this down because its not making it right read more

I have always used first choice haircutters as a backup service when I can't get my hair done by my regular person I have always had great service until this past Friday July 15th. I went into the Simcoe branch on the Queensway at 415 keep in mind they don't close until 6 I was asked if I was n the list what list it is supposed to be a walk in the most I have ever waited was a half an hr they told me they were all booked up there excuse was they were short staffed i have seen less people working other times and they seemed to managed alright.. so I was given a card and told to call to get on the list ok so went back this morning web site said it was open at 9 got there they don't open till 10 so I killed some time and went back only to see a small sign at the bottom of the door that said they were closed they need to update there web page they have lost me as a customer because of this. would not recommend them at all read more
