I had a private room with deep wooden tub to soak in for 25 minutes. They provided a cold face cloth, ice lemon water and hot tea to sip on. The rep knocked on my door to alert me to get ready for the salt cave. I took a quick shower to rinse off (towels provided) and got dressed. I put on slippers (they provide) and grabbed a blanket and headed into the healing salt cave that was 65 degrees. I relaxed in the zero gravity chair/recliner, wrapped in the blanket, listened to relaxing music and the sound of water. What a great experience this was. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I'll definitely come back here.

In a small town overrun with chain-type hair dressers the Dol-Mor offers a real salon experience. It's lovely and hip inside. It's big and busy, which I for one am a fan of in a salon. I like to see stylists buzzing around me while I'm at a salon. See different cuts and colours happening around me is a part of my salon experience and this definitely happens at the Dol-Mor. I was greeted to a decorated salon for christmas complete with an ornament counting contest for customers to enter. How fun! Kyle is a handsome guy with a great warm personality who instantly made me feel welcome. Kyle walked me through what he would be doing to my hair today and explained everything in details and answered all of my questions letting me know he believes in healthy hair first. My shampoo and wash I received was lovely and I didn't want it to end as his fingers are magic. The conversation was light and pleasant and Kyle was very comfortable to speak to the entire time. I truly feel that I am his only priority at the moment which is a lovely feeling. He made me a cup of organic coffee which I was hesitant to have as I am a strict Starbucks lover only but i must say he makes a delicious cup of coffee. The colour he promised turned out exact (medium ash blonde) perfect for Christmas. The cut he gave me was precise and the 'bob' style I wanted. It's been 2 days since I received my style and I can't belive how easy it is to style thanks to his tips and the products I picked up from him. The cost was reasonable and the service was outstanding. The neck and shoulder massage while my colour was processing was a nice touch and really helped me to relax. He is worth every penny and I am so thankful I found him. I have just relocated to Otterville from Mississauga and am so happy I have Qstyle. It is big city service and style but with country prices.
