I was seen at this clinic on 7/30/25 for Visual Disturbances which I've had in the past but this…read moretime I'm seeing squiggly lines and visual disturbances all day and it started happening to this affect 3 days ago I was seen by Optometrist Dr Doctor who did an exam and said my Retinas were healthy and what I had were floaters which I already knew but in the past this issue would resolve normally within an hour and I would get them once in a while but not every day all day which is what is happening now I told this to the Optometrist who had no time for questions nor did he ask me if I had any So basically they allowed me to leave with this issue which again I'm gett all day and has not decreased without any follow up for me at all I called the nurse line through my insurance who stated they should have also discussed the medications I was on as well as address some type of follow up I have requested a 2nd MD opinion offered by my company This clinic will send me an exorbitant bill for basically do an exam telling me I have floaters and allowing me to leave with my vision impaired with absolutely no follow up instructions Terrible care I'm supposed to just live with these visual disturbances all day every day now I'm tempted to notify the Attorney General office about this clinic terrible experience now I'll have to incur even more heal care costs because I'm not going to live with dots and squiggly lines in my vision all day I expect the manager of this clinic to return my call

The receptionist said that their cut off for late appointments is eight minutes. I looked at the time and said what time is it? She said nine minutes! I honestly wish they either would have told me they have an "eight minutes" late policy (though I was standing there waiting) or honestly why have such a tight schedule? No thanks! They have no storage areas for residents as many other homes do so he can only have what fits in his room. Most of the staff is very friendly. They all know my dad and always tell me how sweet he is. He had an issue with one worker, I called in for something else and mentioned this to the person I was talking to, and the next day the administrator and the head nurse had addressed it and called me to update. They label all his clothes I bring in for him and do laundry there every week or so. Everything is included. The coordinator Rochelle who sets up his appointments and transportation when needed is wonderful. She also helps him when he has a video appointment. The food seems decent and they come by every day to set up his meals for the next day. If he doesn't like something that's scheduled he can order an alternative like a cheeseburger or something else. I bought him a fridge so he can have his Coke in his room but they also have a vending machine for pop and snacks. I haven't been able to visit as often as I like due to my own health and disability but they keep me updated and he likes participating in the activities they have for patients like bingo and different crafts. I know it's a hard transition for most people to lose their independence and most nursing homes are not ideal unless you are a millionaire. But if you're on Medicaid (which they will help you apply for) it's not bad and my dad seems happy most of the time. All his income goes to the facility and MA covers the rest. He gets ~$130 a month for incidentals but I try to provide him with what he needs.

They were spot on with that timing, as it was exactly 30 minutes from my arrival that I saw the Dr. When I arrived, they confirmed my check-in at the front and by the time I could sit down, the nurse came out to get me and bring me to a room right away. My vitals were taken immediately and then I waited 25 minutes for the Dr. I felt listened to by both the nurse and the Dr and feel as if they sent me home with the right care regimen. As a patient, I felt dismissed, uncomfortable, and at times pressured in ways that did not feel appropriate for a healthcare setting. From what I observed, the clinic appears to be shifting away from full-scope family-focused care and leaning more into elective out-of-pocket cosmetic procedures.
