During the course of my treatment here, I have been seen by Tova, Scott, Megan, Gabe and Gabby. All are very knowledgeable and friendly. They look that the patients chart to ensure there continuity of the workouts and stretches. I also like how there's some additional stretches and workout provided from time to time. I tried to follow the routines and committed myself to come here at least three times and week for the first month and then twice a week in the subsequent months as my pain gradually subsided and my shoulder's range of motion improved. Not sure how crowded it gets, as I was there around 9 - 10 AM and it was very quiet. There was only one guy before me and when I left, no one else was waiting. By appointment only I believe. Responsive with their phone calls and flexible scheduling. Had a small seating area with magazines. The space was bright and clean -- minus the table of magazines. I filled out some basic paperwork before getting called in. From there, I spoke with Mike, discussed my problem areas and pain. Treatment room was also small, but clean. Had one of those beds or massage tables to lie down on. He was patient, listened without interrupting, and encouraged me to be as detailed as possible. I felt very comfortable and at ease with him as he examined my posture and body. He took the time to explain things to me, how the body worked, some reasons for my own personal pain, and did a general scope of what he would recommend for me in the future, such as some exercises for balance, some PT, and if things progressed or got worse, he could send me for a scan. I liked his approach, always trying to get to the root of the problem, and not once did he throw out a prescription for medication. I could tell it was more important to work on the body, strengthen it, to get rid of the pain entirely, not mask it. He also listened as I asked questions, what workouts were good, what to avoid, etc. I have not had the time to go back as of yet, as I have been in the middle of a move, but he's someone I would feel confident seeing again on a consistent basis.

It's funny how all the times I came in on time but had to wait to be seen, they have even apologized for the wait. One time they were 15 minutes late bringing me in the back so should I say out loud they were 15 minutes late?! the intimidated manager backed her by saying they have to tell people when they're late, so maybe I should do the same when they're taking me in back late. I asked the girl has she ever been late and she said no, I'm sure. Anyway, I'm there for a reason, my job. She should be a patient there just for her personality.
