I have Geico Roadside Assistance, so I called them and they dispatched this company. Not sure the name of the driver, but he was very professional! He called me letting me know that he would be there in a few minutes, what kind of car he was driving etc. He got his little hook tool inside my window and popped open my door in literally 10 seconds. They arrived early and completed the repacking faster than expected. Price was very good and great couple to work with. I then realized my toilet was overly loose and smelled bad. I called for an emergency repair since I was leaving for vacation in 2 days. Ulises was able to come that evening after his last appointment and made all necessary repairs to fix it. Then the next day, I took my RV home and realized my trailer brakes were very spongy. I was about to tow to SoCal and didn't want bad brakes while towing through the mountains. So I called them again and even though Ulises was fully booked, he came out to my house the very next day at 6:30am before his first appointment to make sure my brakes were in good working condition. Even though he lives 45 minutes from my house, he went out of his way to make sure I was safe and ready for the long tow. Ulises and Priscilla are the absolute best. They really go out of their way to make sure all their customers are safe and happy. Not only that, they don't overcharge for the emergency visits. I can't say enough about them.
