The opening should be this wide top to bottom but it's not.

I ordered a 12' toy hauler in 2021 and waited a few months for it. The staff here are pretty friendly and make the process quick and easy. I had mines shipped to Hawaii so if I need any repairs or maintenance I'm pretty much on my own. I'll start off with the pluses on this toy hauler. I had mines tricked out with pretty much every accessory they offer. Microwave, stove, oven, hood, stereo, tv mount, AC, propane gene. All of which works good so far. There's even a few things about this trailer that I didn't know...... it has its own brakes! That's so cool and awesome as we got some pretty mean hills here in Hawaii. Lol when you hook your trailer up to tow it charges your battery! (The AC plug/adapter for this thing was pretty hard to find. I got mines at a boating supply store here). They should include 1! The rear wall/ramp is very easy to operate and 1 person can easily raise or lower it. For the most part this trailers construction is pretty solid. Few of things really bother me about this trailer. First my bathroom door measures 17-7/8" but so does the bottom of the opening! The middle measures 18 3/8" and the top 18". I was told that it's because the ground my trailer is parked on is uneven(?) that's a bunch of bologna. If built correctly the ground should not matter plus it measures the same on level ground! Secondly the vent in the bathroom is a cheap, very thin, plastic component which in Hawaii sun will last less than 2yrs if that! SMH. I still haven't used this trailer enough to review everything else. Third is my tv mount! Originally I thought it was gonna be mounted on the fridge wall but it was mounted near the AC on the ceiling. That's fine IF I didn't opt for the bed! As seen in the picture you can't watch tv with the bed up! That's the whole reason I wanted a tv in this trailer! I wanted to hook up a karaoke system! I paid over $30k for this trailer and little things like this should have been thought of by the designers, builders, or salesmen. In my opinion any ways. Besides those 3 construction problems I pretty much love my trailer so far. I gave this place only 3 stars as now that my trailer is in Hawaii what do I do about my bathroom door and the bathroom vent when it cracks in a year or so?‍ Not to mention my useless tv mount. Little things I didn't think about before purchasing.

Great transaction. Awesome post purchase customer service. NO nightmare stories of love ''em and leave 'em here! Designed and built a mother in law "suite" that doubles as a toy hauler to pull behind our super C. Perfection!

I absolutely love my Dune Sport Toy Hauler. I've owned multiple RVs, and none of them were quite perfect. They were always missing a feature here or there. After searching the web for the right RV, I came across Dune Sport and saw that they built custom trailers. I was afraid that going custom was going to take me way out of my budget, but I gave them a call and met with Casey to talk through options, pricing and my wish list. I was so pleasantly surprised. I was looking for a trailer that could provide the utility I need for BBQ competitions with the comfort I enjoyed in my Class A. Within a 16-foot trailer, we were able to fit a 4-bin sink, 8-foot counter, 9 cu. ft. fridge, queen bed, really nice size bathroom and a couch. Plus, we still have room for three 55-gallon drum smokers and a generator - or a small OHV. They even made custom doors that allow me to access cabinets inside or out. When Dune Sport says they are custom, they go beyond cabinet colors. They are truly custom. They were able to move the walls, windows and doors any direction, and they didn't even charge extra for the custom moves. The quality of the finishes is also great. The cabinets and drawers are very sturdy. I have not seen any flaws in workmanship. The only problem we've had so far is a taillight that went out, and Dune Sport quickly replaced it. If you're looking for the trailer of your dreams, give Casey a call. He'll work with you to build out exactly what you're looking for.

The Dune Sport / Man Cave team did a great job. I'm very satisfied with my overall experience and happy with my 16' toy hauler. Customer service from start to finish was exceptional, and I appreciate the attention to details with my custom order. I'm glad I chose Dune Sport / Man Cave to build my RV. It looks great, and the quality of craftsmanship is high. I strongly recommend them to anyone shopping for a custom RV.

We drove 1800 miles from Georgia out to Mesa to pick up our 22' Accessible Bumper Pull Trailer in mid-May 2019 and couldn't be happier! Rodney, Brad and the entire Dune Sport team worked patiently with us to address all our special requirements to ensure that our rig would work for us. After flying out for an on-site visit, we were convinced that Dune Sport was able to build exactly what we wanted and together we made several design changes (and added some upgrades) that we hadn't even thought of. They totally delivered on all their promises and our expectations! We were a bit nervous on our return trip (15 nights out) as it had been 25 years since we owned an RV trailer, when we were much younger and did not have physical/mobility issues. The low-profile stance, MorRyde steps, exterior handles , large h/c shower with pull down seat, grab bars and wide doors make it very functional for us. Their recommendation for the tow/sway bar system works great and is easy for us to manage and the electric tongue jack/leveling system is nothing short of AMAZING! The full-length electric awning is just another item that makes set-up and tear-down a breeze. Thanks to Dune Sport we are once again able to travel in comfort and style!

No. But take a drive up and down Main Street and find one that is. I used (and was abused by) no fewer than three service companies along Main Street before I found AZ RV Supercenter. One company (just to the east of them) repaired my generator to gas tank connection only to leave me stranded just hours later leaking gas in a Costco parking lot. One charged me so much for minor repairs I had to take out a second mortgage on my home and get a part time job. Is it sometimes hard to get a hold of the service department? Yes. Are they always exactly on time to complete the work? No. But the mechanical world of RV's and coaches is as unpredictable as any industry and the more thorough they are, the more time it takes to handle concerns. The more time it takes to handle my concern, the more your concern is pushed out into the future and vice versa. Above all those things I want honesty and fair pricing. I get that with these guys. I've learned to give RV service people a wide berth. I give 7-10 days longer for repairs than what I think I should allot and I have never been disappointed. I don't drop off my rig the week leading up to a holiday and I don't make unrealistic demands. I want them to be thorough and if, as is often the case, they find something wrong that wasn't part of the original issue I want it addressed for safety and peace of mind. Anna Marie runs the service department. You will recognize her as the one who gets things done. Nobody busts their butt more than that woman and it would be wise if you brought her flowers and/or chocolates routinely because she is so valuable to the process. Once, while at NASCAR, we blew a water pump on day one and had no idea what to do, so I called Anna Marie. She just happened to have a mobile unit working NASCAR and (although they were booked) within an hour she had the guy installing a new one in my rig. I expected to pay standard NASCAR gouging fees for the new water pump and they charged me what they would have charged if I would have brought it in to the shop. How's that for service? I have yet to deal with anyone who provides more honest service with similar pricing and I've been to a large handful over the years. Thank you Anna Marie and crew!

Rowley White was paid to repair and reseal the shower after a significant water leak. However, the shower began leaking again. After reviewing the caulking more closely, the workmanship appeared unacceptable. Areas had little or no caulk, there were large gaps, and it appeared that old, yellowed caulk had not been properly removed before new caulk was applied over it. See attached photos Instead of taking responsibility and professionally addressing these concerns, the service manager, Jeremy Solaro, became rude and dismissive. During a recorded conversation, he stated that he was "done with me" and was "not going to do this anymore." When I requested that the repair be handled at their Phoenix location because of the travel burden and my increasingly negative interactions with him, I was told, "It has to be done here." I was not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply wanted the work that had already been paid for to be completed correctly and the recurring leak properly investigated. Rather than focusing on resolving the workmanship issues, management appeared more concerned with defending the repair and blaming maintenance. Most concerning, after I called the dealership out regarding the poor workmanship and continued to request accountability, I was informed that I was banned from returning as a customer. A dealership should stand behind its work, treat customers respectfully, and correct legitimate workmanship concerns. Customers should not be punished or banned for questioning repairs that appear incomplete or improperly performed. Based on my experience with both the shower repair and the treatment I received from management, I cannot recommend Rowley White RV.

Once I drove the RV off the lot I went straight to a campground. I immediately discovered there was something wrong with the entry door. I wasn't sure if this was normal or not. I spent three nights in the unit and then drove it home to California. Couple weeks later I went camping again for three nights and rediscovered the problem with the door. This time it was so bad I took it to a Jayco dealer. Turns out the entry door was bowed, and the door frame was defective. So far I have waited over two months and the rig is still not fixed. I called worldwide RV where I purchased it and expressed dissatisfaction. They accepted absolutely no responsibility and the sales manager yelled at me and hung up on me. I later found that the brake controller that they installed in my truck was also defective. It caused my brake cylinder to go out. So basically everything I got for them was defective and they will take absolutely no responsibility for anything. I wouldn't buy a bag of cotton balls from these people.

1 STAR -- BUYER BEWARE! Think Twice Before Buying From Camping World Mesa…read more Our experience with Camping World Mesa has been an absolute nightmare, and I feel other buyers deserve to know what they may be getting themselves into. We purchased a 2022 Forest River travel trailer in September 2025. Within ONE WEEK, we discovered a roof leak and immediately brought the trailer back to Camping World. We were told it had been repaired. We took the trailer on our first camping trip in October 2025, only to discover that it was leaking again. We brought it back, and this time we were told they had to reseal it. Unfortunately, the story doesn't end there. More recently, we discovered water coming into the trailer again. When we brought it back, we were told that the warranty claim was denied. Let that sink in: We purchased a trailer from them, found a leak within a week, were told it was repaired, had it leak again on our first camping trip, had it resealed, and now we're dealing with water intrusion again -- and apparently that's our problem. And then there's the oven knob. The oven knob was missing FROM DAY ONE. We waited approximately 12 MONTHS for a replacement knob. At one point, Camping World tried to replace our entire oven because we were told the original oven was "obsolete." The replacement oven they installed was at least two inches shorter than the original, leaving an unacceptable fit. I told them that was not an acceptable replacement, and thankfully they eventually located the correct knob for our original oven and put the original oven back in. You would think that would be the end of it. It wasn't. When we went to pick up our trailer after this latest visit, we noticed bulging around the door area that absolutely was NOT there when we dropped the trailer off just days earlier. Camping World's explanation? The heat caused it. And their response? They said they weren't responsible. At this point, we have spent an incredible amount of time dealing with repeated problems that should never have happened in the first place. A trailer should not be sold with an existing leak. A repair should actually FIX the leak. Customers shouldn't have to wait a year for an oven knob that was missing when they bought the trailer. And damage that appears while your trailer is in a facility's possession should at least be taken seriously and investigated rather than simply dismissed. Our experience has been repeated leaks, repeated trips back to the dealership, months and months of waiting, an unacceptable attempted oven replacement, and now new damage that wasn't there when we dropped it off. We bought a trailer because we wanted to enjoy camping and make memories with our family -- not spend our time fighting to get basic issues addressed. BUYER BEWARE. If you're considering purchasing a trailer from Camping World Mesa, I strongly recommend doing your homework, having the trailer independently inspected, documenting EVERYTHING, and getting every promise in writing. Our experience has left us extremely disappointed and frustrated, and based on what we've experienced, we cannot recommend Camping World Mesa. 1 STAR -- and only because zero stars isn't an option.
