During the final paperwork portion we worked with Will Malloy and he also made the process painless. We didn't get pressured into any "add on" packages. He gave us the details and respected our choices. The process from walking in the door to leaving with a car was maybe 2 hours. We were both surprised by and impressed by the whole experience here. Finding the Alauria family repair shop, the "Servants of Sunnyslope Rising" , quality repairs, three year, 36,000 mile warranties, made us permanent customers. Three more family vehicles get serviced here now. Proper inspectiond and troubleshooting, no rookie mistakes. Follow up as needed, Pricing appropriate for this level of service. And my life savings are not getting paid out to a global shareholder pool.

Had a transmission replaced among other repairs. Had issues with it jerking and causing high revs…read moreright out the door. Thought it was strange being new. Did not want to take it back and cause another month on top of the two months they had it at their shop. Turns out there was crystal clear water inside my electrical connection that my wiring harness was plugged into. I sopped up the water and fixed it myself. Also had the ac replaced but it doesn't work. Never did. They said it was my fault it was leaking because of some prior damage to the front end. Why even replace it if they knew it wouldn't work? I don't recommend them and it's true they think they are hot poop in this industry and it's true they are hot poop.
