I called and spoke to Brittany and she tells me that they had trouble starting the rig! She never tells me when I picked it up so I could get it right to someone to charge or change batteries! I took in both complete spring packs off my 3/4 ton pickup truck to be re-arched or replaced. They…read moresaid they were too worn to be re-arched and should instead be replaced. I agreed and also asked them to go ahead and just replace everything, shackles, bolts, u-bolts and overloads. Paid upfront with my credit card and a week later, my parts were ready for pickup. Picked them up and went to install them. That's when i noticed an issue. There was a set of spring alignment pins for a Freightliner but there were no overload springs. It's easy enough to return the pins but without those overload springs, it is not possible to tighten the u-bolts as i am unable to use the existing top plate or cast iron spacer because of the overload spring alignment nubs that are cast into the part. So, at that point the installation could go no further. I called Spectrac to try to figure out what happened and what needed to happen next. This is where things get weird. I "assumed" that the semi truck pins were supposed to be the overload springs and someone had an oops moment. It happens to us all from time to time so no big deal. Then i'm told that the only mistake was giving me the pins and if i wanted the overload springs i had paid for already, i would be blessed with the opportunity to pay for them again. After having already spent $900 on rear leaf springs, overloads, shackles, bolts, and u-bolts, i was repeatedly, but politely, told that these are not "usually" included with rear springs and that if i wanted to finish this installation, buying new overload springs from them was my only option. That is not an option. So, here i sit with an undrivable truck, a $900 hole in my wallet, and a company that could care less. All because of two overload springs i already bought and have not received.

We worked with John R in sales and found him to be very good at communicating with us as well as negotiating a fair price to match the price of an out of state dealer. We knew we wanted to stay close to home because something is certain to go wrong and we know that you get priority service if you need repairs when you buy local. We scheduled a pick up date and they had the trailer ready, and even helped us choose and set up our new hitch and gave us some advice on towing. Gabe and his guys in service have also been great. We have had to take it in twice and they got us in and back out quickly. The only reason for the 4 star rating is that the floor was impossibly dirty when we picked it up. I have mopped it at least 20 times at the time of this writing and we may finally have it all clean. (The trailer was on the back lot and no doubt had a lot of dirty and greasy shoes walking in an out while it was out for sale).

Stay away from these scummy A-holes!…read more I stopped to look at a older, small, inexpensive (But way overpriced) Dodge RV I was handed the keys by an old lady at a desk and told "a lady just had service work to it and traded it on a larger unit" They said she had the water pump replaced and it could have been and possibly the radiator but it really needed head gaskets and the work that was done was Years ago! And they know it! Scum Bag Scammers. They are looking for someone that doesn't know any better. When I handed the keys back to the old lady at the desk I said "It's really a little too rough for me" and she immediately cut me off and said "Okay Bye!" So I continued with "Well, you might also want to know it needs head gaskets" and she followed with "Why do you think that?" Then before I could say anything more she yells at her husband across the room "He says it needs head gaskets!" His response was "You know head gaskets are only about $500" I said "They are a horrible job on a V8 van" and walked out. (I'm a trained 30+ year veteran automotive mechanic.) It's rusty, gross inside and out, missing parts on the outside and interior, they claimed everything inside works but I sure wouldn't trust them. Plus to top it off, I was SO beside myself by how dismissive and rude they were that I forgot to mention the tires are SO rotten if anyone was to drive it very far a tire or two WILL FAIL and rollover or send someone down a mountain side to their DEATH. These are shady Ass People with a gross attitude... Move on from this Sh*t Hole! Pardon my French but they Suck.

RV Renovators completely rebuilt the back wall and inside back cabinets in a short amount of time and even completed extra things I needed fixed in that same timeframe. The work was masterful! I saw no evidence of anything damaged when they were done! They also found several other things that urgently needed repair that I had no idea existed and took care of it! They were very communicative all along the way and I couldn't be more satisfied with their multiple areas of expertise. From the service manager to the wonderful office staff to the expert technicians, it was all the best RV repair experience we've ever encountered. I can't recommend them more! I will ONLY take my rig to them from this point forward!

I was a walk in and needed someone to look at my RV because of a Domestic Violence situation. The…read moreservice Mgr was awesome! He looked over my RV took pictures to be given to authorities and made me feel safe! He listened and found repair shops for a1998 Ford Econiline E450. He documented everything down and took prints. That was on Friday now today Monday more damage has been done he said to come back he will make sure it's safe and call the police. This business went above and being their duty to try and keep me safe! This is the first business I can honestly say that about! I hope they know the service manager they have is the best all around! He's not only a top line employee he's also a person others should you for an example of what they'd like to become in life anyone could walk in his footsteps and learn from it!
