I called and explained my dilema even though my wedding isn't for about a year, I needed to know if they could be altered or I should return them within the time frame. I spoke to Julia, made an appointment. She was VERY helpful, friendly and honest. I truly appreciated her willingness and honesty to help me. I scheduled the appointment and went in for the alterations, had it all pinned up and was given the day before to pick up with the timeframe of 12-1pm. At 11:22 day of pick I was called and told that she had not even started my dress yet. Since then she used another person as a point of communication and has yet to return my calls or call me regarding my dress, including the charge that she tacked on to someone else's bill and credit card. She had the audacity to charge me full price for the dress as well as charge me a credit card fee for somebody else picking up the dress on that person's credit card. If my dress was done on time, it would have been paid for in cash and avoided so said fee as well. I am extremely disappointed with the fact that she still has yet to call me back to talk to me regarding this issue.

She altered the dress in the photos for my wedding in June of 2024. I had this dress custom made by a designer in Europe and while the quality was spectacular the fit was totally off. Claudia was so innovative in her alterations and made this dress fit me like a glove. She also altered my reception dress (pink dress pictured).
