Great price, base wash is just $9 and my car is super clean. Even included 2 people had scrubbing bugs, etc. I'll be back!

We used the Snappy carwash for my husbands 3500 Chevrolet on Colonial Blvd in Fort Myers last week and upon using our Snappy Car Wash card was prompted by the machine to pull ahead which we did. As we pulled ahead as instructed the movable arm had not gone up. The truck hit the entry arm and brook off. The manager got involved and we offered to pay for the damages and help with reattaching the arm. We were abruptly told they did not want our help and wanted our insurance name and number. We said we will pay for it directly we did not want to go through our insurance. After several attempts to help they called the police and 4 policeman showed up to record the broken entry arm. We did not get the car wash as they refused to service us. We replied that we came for a truck wash and have paid could be get a credit for another wash. They printed us a receipt in which we drove over to the other Snappy Carwash in town. When we entered the carwash we put in our receipt and it told us "Blacklisted" do not allow entry. We tried several times thinking it was a mistake but it was not. If this is how Snappy Car Wash is doing business we will not be utilizing their carwash and hope that other patrons will read this and go to another carwash establishment as there are many to choose from. Sorry Snappy for the bad review but you took this way too far. read more

I am a frequent flyer at the Snappy on Ben Pratt/ Six mile cypress on a premium subscription. is a n]generally good car wash, but the wheel cleaning is terrible. I suspect this is a difficult issue, and I have left a review previously with no response. Previously I had asked the staff there if they could please at least brush the wheels and was told that it wasn't allowed by the management. Ridiculous. On my last visit, I gave the fellows a tip and asked again if they could PLEASE make an effort on these wheels. They agreed, but then, as far as I could see did nothing different. I am having an issue posting the photo here for some reason, but I emailed it to the contact number online, and again, NO RESPONSE. That is very poor and indifferent service. I will be looking for something better and am open to any ideas! read more

I bought a 2000 cavalier as a car to use when in FL once a month. I was using it as a temporary car but ended up keeping it for over a year. Let me tell you. I had the top wash for it every time I went through, and did that car shine. It looked like showroom condition and I was having people stop me in parking lots to tell me how nice my car looked (did I say it was a 2000 cavalier). I own three other much newer vehicles and have never had people stop me to tell me how nice my car looked. I can tell you that is because of Snappy Car Wash and the buff and shine. These people that leave reviews saying that it took of paint or something are nuts. Maybe their car was so dirty they could not see the scratches. If it is not going to hurt a 2000 Chevy Cavalier it is not going to hurt a newer car. All I can say is they have me as a long term customer. read more

Good job of washing the car. I used them last year and was quite pleased. When we went north for the summer I suspended my account. When I went back, I found out I no longer qualified for the lowest rates. Bummer. No reward for patient loyalty. In fact it is kind of the other way around. I bought the $15 Deluxe package for my midsize SUV after a drive down from Michigan. I did not inspect it after going through until I got home, about 5 miles away. Bottom line, bugs still on front and grill and grime on the back around license plate bracket and bumper area. I spent about 45 minutes cleaning these areas by hand. If you're going to give people choices up to $19, someone should inspect the vehicle. If I had to do it again, I would get the basic "Lite" wash and would guess it would be just as clean read more

At first I thought this car wash was amazing and it cleaned my car better than any wash in town. So much so that I decided to get a monthly membership after my first wash. I cleaned my wheels on my truck much better than any other drive-through car wash that I have been to. One day, after a wash, I noticed that the center cap on my tire was missing. I didn't think much about it until the next time I went into the car wash and the second one came missing. I returned to the car wash right away and spoke with an employee who went into the car wash and actually picked up and brought back one of the two caps. He said not to worry that the manager would be in touch to resolve the issue. The manager, Hugh, took three days to "look at video" and then had the audacity to tell me that according to the video their equipment was working fine and that he presumed that the my cap was broken prior to going into the car wash. Really? Two separate times, two separate instances? I don't think so. After a heated exchange of about 10 minutes on the phone it was clear that this manager was not going to admit responsibility nor cared much for the customer experience. I told him just to cancel my membership. I am an honest individual and I will personally pay out-of-pocket $50 to fix my problem. Instead of doing the right thing and owning up to the issue, they have now lost an annual membership customer that would have brought in more than $500 of annual revenue... and told friends about the great service.... now they get a crappy 1-star for horrible management and crappy customer service. ... And all because they wouldn't replace two little parts for $50 which clearly broke in their wash. I will be taking my business elsewhere and suggest you do the same... June 24 update. I am human and I've had a change of heart. I ended up replacing my tire caps myself at a nominal expense and decided to give them another try. I came back and spoke with the manager who ended up being very fair and amicable. I appreciate the good customer service and feel good about continuing to support this local business. I just went through in my Suburban and quickly had 3 gentlemen scrubbing all the bugs off my front end, plus all around the entire car even before I went through the wash. It was super quick and worth the price! I added the extra Simoniz Ceramic Sealant. I think this will be the regular place I take my car to get washed from now on. read more

Easy Payment when you first arrive, they wash the car and slightly pressure wash the rims. The machine does pretty well with cleaning the car. The vacuums are A1. Best in the city if you ask me. I usually do a cheap car wash but here I spend 10-20$ and get the quality wash my car needs. And if you need a towel it's only 5$ and everytime you come you can exchange it for a clean one. You don't have to speak to anyone, just follow instructions and ride thru the machine. 2-3 minutes in & however long it takes you to vacuum your car. Simple. And they have machine with wipes, fresheners & drinks. read more

My whole household has a member and I am pleased with the wash itself. But most importantly the preparation on the washing with the pre scrub. There is one particular individual there (Alan) that does a thorough wash pre every single time I go through. Which is extremely important to me bc I'm that person that wipes down my car again after going through the wash. She always does a fantastic job and he deserves tips and credit for it. WARNING: I used snappy car was last year from November 2019 to April 2020. Was happy with the car wash and employees. I left Florida and canceled my subscription for unlimited washes. I was going over my credit card charges and found were snappy started charging my credit card again in December 2021 without my approval. A total of $166.16 of charges for four months. They know I never took my car for a wash during this period. I was really shocked when I called them. I was expecting a apology and full refund. What I got was told they merely suspended my subscription and took it upon their self to reactivate it on their own. They said they will refund me for two months. Why will they not refund me for the full four months they charged me for. They know I did not use their service during the period they stole my money. read more

This was my favorite place to get my car washed but the last 3-4 times I've been, there is only one person that scrubs the front (used to be 2) and they basically just pressure wash the drivers side. It's ridiculous. Today one boy was sitting inside and the one working in my car literally spent 5 seconds on it before the machine took me in. I think I'll stay closer to home from now on. read more

I have been trying different washes every weekend in the area preparing for love bug season. This one has by far done the best and actually gets the vehicle dry. Staff was quick and attentive and didn't try to sell me on the highest option. Actually asked me what I was looking for. This one is at the top of my list and may get a monthly membership out of me.
