Rachel Roca has been my house cleaner for about 5 months now. In that time she has become more…read morethan just a worker in my home. She is definitely a friend. She greets us every day with a big smile and is so pleasant. While she is working, she doesn't stop... I.e. "You'll get your money's worth." She does not stop moving from the time she starts til the time she carries out her supplies. She has been very flexible with her scheduling as well. For instance when family was going to visit, she made time to come the day before and help me out. Rachel is extremely responsive to my needs. You should know, I have FIVE (yes FIVE) cats. (AND a two year old.) My cleaning needs are great. And she does yukky stuff for me without complaining. Cleans the litter boxes. Cleans up occasional hairballs. When Rachel leaves, you wouldn't know a cat was ever here. She works on all the details. If something needs extra attention she will take charge and work on it. At times the language barrier has been a minor issue but Rachel's work is so excellent I haven't minded working with her to make sure we are communicating. I use my IPhone to translate if we get stuck. Plus Rachel is currently enrolled in English courses and trying very hard to better her grasp of English. Sometimes her children come and help when they are on break from college. I have recently recommended Rachel to my neighbor who hired her and has been very happy too!!! The windows were filled with dust and the bath tub was badly stained. I was actually planning to repaint my bath tub, because of crazy stains but Jose told me to let him try to clean it - let's just say both bath tubs look brand new!
