The current staff members are real genuine and their service are top-notch. They carry most uniform sizes in the store, however, finding the perfect boot size was a bit more difficult to locate. But no worries! They will order whatever size you want immediately and it'll take a week or two to arrive. A nice seamstress in the back of the store will size you up for the perfect uniform fit before total purchase. The patches are sewn on perfectly and it looks real professional. Unfortunately, the sewn on name tags are NOT made here but in their parent store in Newark...so you'll have to wait for that to arrive before picking up your new uniform. There is street parking (metered) and a mini parking lot in the rear of the building. God bless our boys in blue.

The first day that I came to this store I was a bit overwhelmed with the variety of selections. One of the employees must have noticed and offered to help me. I let her know that I wanted scrubs that were affordable. Without hesitation, she brought me over to the "Grey's Anatomy" section and there was a sale going on. I was able to pick out 5 scrub tops and bottoms and tried them out in the dressing room. The helpfulness of the employee made the scrub purchasing process easy for me. I like when I am able to walk into a store and get what I need with ease. The level of service is what drew me to come back for additional pairs of scrubs. If I need more scrubs in the future, I will definitely be back to Scrubs Nyack.

I did not even know they made XXS lab coats but they had it in stock and it was a perfect fit for me. They were running a scrubs trade in event where if you bring in your old scrubs, you get 20% off a new one. They also have partnerships with local hospitals, pharmacies and medical offices for a discount at the store. The lady working there was extremely helpful and friendly. If I ever need to get scrubs or lab coats, I would definitely come back here.

At checkout, they offered three shipping options: Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, and UPS -- with UPS being the most expensive option. I chose UPS, assuming the higher cost meant faster or at least prioritized handling. It is now February 26, 2026, and the item still has not shipped. When I reached out to customer support, I received this response: "Unfortunately the UPS option is not a fast shipping option." That explanation is baffling. If UPS isn't faster, why is it presented as the premium-priced option? Charging more for a shipping method that doesn't actually expedite processing feels misleading at best. After looking into the company's reputation, I noticed their Trustpilot rating sits around 2.3 stars, with numerous reviews specifically mentioning slow shipping and poor communication. What's even more concerning is the pattern of nearly identical owner replies apologizing and promising to "improve processes," while the same issues continue months later. At some point, repeated apologies stop meaning anything. Paying extra for shipping, waiting a full week without dispatch, and receiving vague explanations is frustrating and disappointing. Transparency matters. If processing times are long regardless of the shipping method selected, that should be clearly disclosed before customers pay more.
