Our irrigation controller broke, and our plants and lawn were dying from the hot Sacramento heat. We contacted several irrigation businesses on Yelp and ended up going with Mark. He replaced our irrigation controller with a unit we had selected ourselves. Mark bought the controller and brought it over to our house, which was nice. At our house, he removed our old controller in our garage and mounted and installed the new one in place. I contacted Mark at First Class Irrigation while I was gathering estimates to fix two sprinklers in my front yard. Only one of my three sprinklers was working at all and half my yard looked bad, while the other half was green. It's a busy time of year for irrigation specialists, so not only was it hard to even get a hold of anyone, but I got some pretty expensive quotes too. Mark came out promptly, always texted me to let me know he was on his way and his estimate was reasonable. He explained how he could help save us some money on the work. After he started the work, he let me know the roots in my yard had been a big hindrance to the work (we removed an old ash tree a year ago and its roots are still a problem when you dig anywhere) so he would need to come back and charge a little more.
