This company ruined my sons prom . The car I rented for him via Mike broke down . It was 6:40 pm and my sons prom starts at 7 o'clock . I then called Mike only for him to tell me that he was getting off at seven and what did I want him to do . I could not believe this was his answer and after some back and forth I was forced to drive my son and his date to the prom myself . Then at 8 o'clock the on call guy who was suppose to call me at 7 o'clock calls his name was Rob . Rob apologized profusely and assured me he would make it up and have a car pick my son and his date up at 11 pm when the prom finished . I don't why I believed him it's 1130 and my son called me telling me no car . Well I called Rob and he assured me the car was pulling up . Yeah the car pulled up after midnight while my son stood out there with his date and vice principal . Then to top it after repeated calls to the company I was told owner jay would call me back . This company is amazing! We booked them for our wedding (July 3, 2015) and were beyond happy. Maria was fantastic! She spent so much time informing us of all the different options and making sure we were satisfied with our wedding schedule. She is such a sweet and friendly woman and helped make the wedding planning process 1,000,000 times easier. She was definitely one of the main reasons why we booked with First Class Limousine. We used a 10 passenger limo, 14 passenger van, and a 12 passenger bus. We were so satisfied with all of these vehicles. They were very clean and comfortable. I got married a week ago and we used first class limousine. They were AWESOME! Gavin helped me remain calm while waiting to enter the church and went out of his way to make sure everything was set for me to walk, which definitely isn't expected from a chauffeur but he was so kind and so helpful and really went out of his way to help. For example, the runner on the floor wasn't held down by anything so he's running around looking for something to fasten it down before I walk. After the ceremony, I accidentally left my blusher (front of face veil) in the limo, and he drove from Englishtown all the way to Lyndhurst where my hotel was to give it back to me. I am lucky enough to have two of the greatest friends ever who planned my bachelorette party. First we went to a winery and then we went to Atlantic City with a bunch of girls. My friends got a limo to take us to and from Atlantic City through First Class Limo. I can't even tell you what exceptional, wonderful service we received from the driver. This is not the first time I've used First Class Limousine and they never disappoint me. They are a professional company. Their drivers are wonderful and every vehicle I have been in is stocked and clean. We really enjoy opting for the limos when going to events in the city. Anyone who answers the phone is pleasant and helpful. They call to confirm the day before. Yesterday we had Bart. I used First Class Limo to get a party of 6 to Yankee Stadium. Jen and Mark were great to deal with when I called. Even changing the pickup time 1 week before was no problem and a smooth change. Our driver, Anthony Buono, was great. He arrived about 10 minutes early. Everyone was ready to go and we left at 10:30, our scheduled time of departure. Anthony got us up to the stadium in plenty of time to find our seats and do some shopping before the game. At the end of the game, I called Anthony and he met us within 10 minutes right outside the stadium. We were home within an hour and a half which usually can take 2 to 2 1/2 hours. First Class Limousine was on top of their game. We booked them for our daughters 10th birthday with 12 of her girlfriends. The driver showed up early. Got the girls comfortable in the limo and the fun began. These little girls had the time of their life. They got the red carpet treatment (literally). These guys are miracle workers. I needed to plan something for an 18th birthday quickly & with minimal cost. So the plan was to have a party bus take a group to NY from NJ. I called them at 1pm & by 8pm they had a party bus waiting on time at a college campus for the birthday boy & 11friends. But the best part of the entire experience was Gavin, the driver. Gavin was simply amazing. Not only was he a chauffeur but he was also a great chaperone - completely easing my fears & staying in contact with us so that we knew a group of teens weren't partying like rock stars (though he totally made them feel like they weren't being monitored). My friends and I rented First Class Limo's 14 seater van on November 17. I spoke to John to rent the van and he was very pleasant to work with and gave us a good price for the rental. The van was immaculate and comfortable. We can't say enough about our driver Jay. He was very friendly, helped all of us on and off the van - and most importantly was a very safe driver. First class limousine went above and beyond for my family not once but twice so far. We're looking forward to a long standing relationship with this company. We had a driver named Bart. He was very professional, on time, and got us to our destination safely. He was on time picking us up as well to deliver us back home. He checked in with us to see if everything was going fine. As far as the limousine bus with the luxurious inside to 55 inch TVs made the trip amazing. Most of all so clean. First class has beautiful clean vehicles and the drivers are personable and professional. I stumbled onto this company and I am beyond happy with their service. I did an airport transportation in their sprinter in June 2017. The vehicle was roomy enough for the luggage in the trunk and 7 people. Then in August I rented the 6 passenger car and the driver John was simply the best. This evening I rented the 20 passenger party bus with Bart as the driver and he was friendly and polite. The service my son and his friends received for their prom was outstanding! Upon calling to reserve a limo for their prom, the staff was very friendly and professional. I spoke with Jennifer several times and she was extremely patient with my questions. Jay was their driver for the prom and he too was outstanding, couteous and professional. He was patient during all of the picture taking before leaving for the prom. He was prompt in arriving as well as returning. I would highly recommend this company for your special occassion.
