The first response was Jason and he offered to come the same day. I was very impressed and arranged for next-day visit. Jason called ahead, which was a nice touch and arrived in a timely fashion. He immediately began to work on the door. I explained that the smart lock was still functioning - Jason immediately identified the make and model I have. Again, I was impressed. He definitely knows his craft. I had all of the pieces, except one pivotal item. Jason had a huge toolbox, full of goodies and had exactly what I needed. He was able to repair my existing lock within my lunchtime. We had a great conversation during his short visit. Jason took an electronic payment, which I liked, and noticed I had iOS. He recommended an upgrade to my existing lock, which is compatible with iOS.
