i have a fingerprint smart lock and it out of no where stopped working in the middle of the night. I forgot my key inside the same room that is locked and the emergency charge was not working, the app was not working. Hubby said I had to get five stars. We took advantage of their mobile service as my daughters car is having engine trouble. Initially they tried to get the original key to sync back to the car but we're unable had to do a new key, but they were having serious trouble like the system wasn't letting them do it. They had the whole dash apart trying to troubleshoot the issue with no luck, only charged us $40. DO NOT USE. I spent $200 to have him create a smart key and program my fob. It was the FIRST time he did it! He spent about 2 hours. None of his tools worked. He didn't know how to program the key fob so he TOLD ME TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE to get it programmed (For an additional charge!). The replacement key was cheap and broke the next day. When it broke, the chip came out and he would not replace it, but he offered to replace the chip for another $130! He said they have a 30 day policy, but it didn't apply.
