This review is really for their real estate agent Traci Drewyer! We were first time home buyers and Traci spent about 6 months house hunting with us. We can't say enough good things about her! She was extremely patient with all our questions, even when we had to ask the same questions multiple times to get it all straight. We often had to bring our 2 young daughters with us to appointments and Traci was very sweet with them. Occasionally she even distracted the girls or entertained them if we needed a moment to ourselves. Traci was extremely punctual--I'm not sure we ever beat her to an appointment--and very professional. She put zero pressure on us and was happy to let our personal preferences guide the house hunt. We honestly felt like we were her only clients, although I know that's not the case. We finally settled on a home in Burbank and Traci practically held our hands through the whole buying process. Don't use Bill Toth or you will regret it. We did. He assured us that taking a deposit for our house and waiting 6 months for the couple to sell their house to buy ours, was a great idea. The day before Xmas they backed out. Then the market tanked. Then we had to reduce our house over the course of the next 12 months by $500k to move it. If he had not convinced us that because of his reputation no one ever backs out of a deal, we would have NEVER taken the first buyer or never to hold a deposit, which they got back. This real estate agency creates a major urban nuisance in the surrounding communities. They frequently hire an army of temporary workers to go door to door hanging circulars and buisness cards. Most of the local residents resent that unwanted advertising hugely because it creates trash, puts unwanted trespassers on our property, and basically hangs a sign saying "occupant not home." So, if you hire them, you'll be going with a agency that has created lots of ill will in the surrounding neighborhoods. Ask yourself if that is likely to advantage your purchase or sale. read more

We have been told people throughout Burbank now refuse to work with Kim because she has made unreasonable demands, making sneaky and bizarre requests, and supposedly lying to other agents about what workers have or have not said. There are ways to do business, and ways to forward the interests of your clients. But this woman has gone too far, and clearly has made certainly our lives miserable.
