My warranty company chose them to replace a fan in the house and the tech couldn't complete the job the same da the next day he called me to collect a fee, he left a voice-mail stating he forgot to get the fee. Voice-mail and asked when they would complete the work and normally they are paid when when complete the work. 3 days later I get a call and they tell me i need to go to home depot and buy my own fan and they will reimburse me. He also told his boss that I refused to pay and slammed the door in his face. The kicker is I have a camera with sound inside and outside my house.
