My advise to anyone who crosses paths with Sunrise Investments (the Mikie and Dan rip you off show) run, don't walk the other way, at least you'll control your own destiny. Their goal will be to set you up thinking they bought your home if an agreed upon price, sign bogus documents , then come back at you with a lowball price.
