I was given word of Samantha Malone, my apartment would be…read morecompletely ready for me to move in. never happened, carpet looked like herd of buffalo had run over it. Called office, she came and vacuumed. I needed to wash clothes, washing machine was old and filthy, dryer old and covered in gray paint, and had some taped to back wall inside. I called office and notified them. 2 weeks later after several more calls and sending photos to Laura Siemsen, she sent a maintenance lady to try and clean. lady took one look and said no way to clean this mess up. Laura Siemsen then told me she was going to try and get washing machine from another unit or try to get a new set. This week on Wednesday, new washing machine and dryer installed. The day after I moved in, discovered 3 electrical outlets on kitchen counter, did not work. I was told by Samantha Malone that maintenance was short workers, due to illness. The truth was , complex maintenance was preparing for an inspection by U S HUD. all maintenance was busy sprucing up complex. Last week walking into my apartment, found a maintenance man trying to repair electrical outlets. he finally said he would have to call contractor. Next day electrical contractor showed up, had to cut 4 different holes in wall in dining area, hallway by washing machine, bathroom and linen closet. I asked electrician, if I needed to make maintenance request, she said no,they had reported it to office . I called office on Tuesday, and was told next day holes would be taken care of as well as washing machine and dryer installed. Holes and patchwork, 2 areas were partially done.Bathroom and linen closet not touched. Yesterday I called office at 2:47pm and was told this problem would be taken care of by 5pm yesterday or today. it's 6:48 pm now, no notification, no maintenance, nothing done. This place is a nightmare, poorly maintained and very poorly managed. I urge whoever reads this, do not consider moving here and going through the problems I have endured. Monday I will start calling radio, tv stations to see if they can secure some relief for me. I could continue writing about other problems , but I'm done for now Bryant Spooner

They will give you back your full security deposit if you leave everything clean and in the same condition it was when you moved in and complete all the tasks on the move out checklist including a professional move out cleaning. Negatives: Ignores maintenance requests and closes out tickets without contacting tenants or reviewing work orders including A/C. Does not respond to tenant messages. Takes advantage of tenants by charging for maintenance that the property management company should be responsible for. They are very likely to raise rates without adding any improvements to their properties or even when the local market trends are technically dipping down. The house I rented was in a very dangerous high crime area; the only reason I was able to terminate my lease so easily was because I had multiple police reports from a stray bullet coming through my window, my car being broken into, squatters loitering in the lawn, gunshots galore, etc. I had to get out of the situation at a progress residential rental for my safety and well-being, which the customer care advocate department mildly cared about only because legal action was threatened. I would recommend progress residential to tenants with spotty credit score and renters history who have limited other options. I would not recommend it to tenants who place a high priority on customer service response and resolving maintenance issues.

They actually lost us the house by…read moredisclosing confidential information to the seller's agent which caused the seller's agent to have so much doubt that they called my lender and expressed how inexperienced Kyle and Idris are, stated what they shared with them and that it shouldn't have been shared, and that they then had reservations about accepting my offer (which was the highest offer they had ever received). Even though I was preapproved and had no problem purchasing the house, as a result of the inexperience and unethical sharing of confidential information with the sellers' agent, we lost the house. In my career I work with clients in various industries throughout the nation on a regular basis, and this is by far the most unethical, negligent and unprofessional behavior I've ever encountered. It makes even less sense because it cost them their own percentage of the sale as well. Kyle should go back to a football related something because he screwed up a house that we needed. This is messing with people's homes and now we're in a tough spot. I strongly recommend you go elsewhere. Everyone (seller's agent, lenders, my agent selling our house, etc.) has stated how inexperienced they sounded when they spoke with them. I'm now working with another, much better and more experienced agent. Stay away from these guys.
