We kept asking if they could please turn the air-conditioning ON and no one addressed it until the very end, they just kept avoiding talking to us, but I literally felt like I was going to vomit at the table, and at one point one of the managers, I am guessing because he never introduced himself. He said that they are trying to work on it, and they finally brought a carpet drying fan and pointed it away from us so that was kind of not conducive to helping us with the severe warmth of the restaurant. Most most of the beef was either overcooked or it was super tough and very hard to chew definitely disappointed because every time I've ever seen an ad for this restaurant, they show tender and delicious looking meats. They also claimed in their dress code no gym clothes and no casual clothes so I dressed up and so did my husband and all of our party however, most of the restaurant look like they just strolled in from the street and the room we were in had way too many tables we were literally pushed up against the wall and it was not a good experience. The table next to us was like a pack of wild hyenas or animals because they were screaming and Hooten and hollering like they were living in a cave or in a barnyard. It was really not an enjoyable experience. I felt like I was among a bunch of savages and people were dressed in jeans, shorts and very casual attire when on their website they put a strict dress code and thank you for following their dress code. We All agreed to have the All you Can Eat Snow crab legs dinner but ontop of things, we spent $64.95.per person for our meals and they never brought out the Churrasco steak which I was really looking forward to trying and a lot of of the meat and beef was either over salted and Cajun or had jalapeño chimichurri sauce, which we don't eat. They didn't really have too many other plainer choices and definitely did Not have 15 different meats, unless you special requested no seasonings. I think there was maybe only five or six different types of meat. They came around with pork, sausage, Parmesan, chicken and mango chicken, New York strip, lamb, top sirloin, but most of the time it was jalapeño or Cajun crusted the Parmesan chicken and the mango chicken were very tough and fatty. They had a bacon wrapped filet mignon, but that was literally so small. I only got two bites of that, and the bacon was floppy bacon and not well done cooked, so I didn't really eat that because I wanted medium cooked and they never had Churrasco steak and they came around with delicious fillets of salmon, but they only came around one time with the salmon fish fillets and that was delicious, but it was only a small portion of five or six bites and they never came back out with. it To be honest, i was kind of afraid to eat that bacon filet mignion, but it was so Small and I was concerned about the Floppy soft bacon that grossed me out. All in all, the servers and staff looked extremely stressed out and sweated Up and instead of them, making us aware of what was going on with the heat, they never addressed it until the final end and then, all of our party ended up in the bathroom with diarrhea. 10 out of 10 do not recommend Buyer beware

Before the amazing fillet came, there was soup then salad. The soup was awesome. I think it was Italian Wedding (although usually Italian wedding soup had pasta, this didn't). The meatballs in there were awesome! So flavorful. The salad had bacon, walnuts, blue cheese, just about everything! Very good! The dressing was different and I'm not sure what it was (maybe creamy poppyseed?) but it was very good! We started with the lobster and shrimp tacos, which were probably my favorite thing of the night. They were absolutely delicious--I could have eaten five more! That said, $28 for three very small tacos felt a little steep. For my entrée, I had the Camarones al Ajillo ($36). The flavor was great, but there weren't many shrimp and mine were unfortunately a bit overcooked. I also found a hair on my food, which was obviously disappointing. My husband had the Paella Clasico, which was delicious and a much better portion. We also shared the Son Cubano fried rice, and that was AMAZING--another standout of the meal. She did an amazing job, and the event rolled by so smoothly, it was over before we knew it :-( The cocktail was in the front "club bar", which is a beautiful mahogany bar & lounge, with a huge outdoor terrace. It was a beautiful day, and our guests enjoyed the drinks and butler-ed hors'dourves outside. After the cocktail, everyone moved into the huge ballroom, which also had an outdoor terrace. The view of the sunset behind the endless grassy golf course and trees was breathtaking. The best thing about WCC is that they only have one ballroom, one event at a time. There was no confusion who's event was where, like some of the other wedding I had been to. I highly recommend WCC for any classy event. The food is excellent and the location is simply beautiful. There were over 200 people in their great hall and we filled it up with bodies and noise. Covid be damned! First there were the introductions of all the royalty in the house. Nice to know FDR's grandson was there from Massachusetts, as well as the last candidate for Congress who is the grandson of a former Vice President (and lost that election). Then, we had assorted other semi important folks, like the current candidate for Lieutenant Governor and a current member of Congress standing in for the Democratic candidate for governor, who had a conflict in his dash for the statehouse; not to mention all the lesser pols running for one seat or another in Harrisburg, Bucks County or various municipalities. Sure, we want them all to win for the sake of the Commonwealth and the nation. But, surely we all recognized there was too much preaching to the choir and trying to wind up the already converted and committed. So, why not dispense with all the hoopla and just give us the greatest hits, let us eat the perfunctory dinner and have a few drinks at the cash bar, and be on our way? Can't be done. Why? Because pols and their true believers can't get enough of the self congratulations and the boisterous standing ovations, even when flaming redundancy abounds. Perhaps, the crowd was afraid that if they didn't overreact to every word that someone would think they weren't diehards for the cause. Rhetorical questions, all. I sat with a few friends and caught up with them, and decided to only stand up for each speaker after they spoke, rather than double dipping by ovating them both before and after speaking. Well, better than nothing. Of course, the affair ran over the 2.5 hours allotted. At least the cheesecake was decent.

The options that were still available to me or communicate communicated, and I had a wonderful meal. The grounds and garden are well designed for outdoor services. In this case, an outdoor wedding. Chairs were comfortable, and the fountain in the background created a lovely atmosphere and photo opportunity. The one critique I have is that no covering such as a gazebo or tent, was insight and thunderstorms were eminent. If I could recommend anything to the management, it would be to have this option on hand to avoid distractions from the actual ceremony. When thunder crackled in the background, we secretly hoped that the service would come to an end in time. Everyone was dressed in evening attire, so a gazebo or tent would have been appreciated. We were not inside more than 15 minutes when the skies did open up. Catastrophe averted. With the exception of one server who spilled wine on my son's newly pressed shirt, Service was meticulous. In the case of the red wine incident, this could have been averted by wrapping the wine bottle appropriately in a service linen. A little more training in this area would be recommend recommended. All in all, a solid four star event. The filet mignon, French green beans, and magnificent desserts were a five star Cleverly, our hosts prepared and end to the night with a coffee station and Donuts cleverly hanging on Hooks. The donuts were exceptional. It's difficult to rate without knowing the cost per person so I am limiting my rankings beginning with a five star and deducting minimally for a couple of challenges in service. The banquet maître D was exceptional.
