He fulfilled these and more with a solid purchase agreement the very day the property was listed. He has more than ten years experience in the local residential real estate market. Evidently this let him zero in on the offer that was most likely to deliver what I was after, since subsequent interactions with the buyer are proving Jeff's instincts to be correct. Throughout, Jeff's primary concern was providing a stress-free experience for me. His nearly 24-7 availability and facility with the all the different aspects of the sale process meant that my readiness to go to market was the only real delay. I would definitely recommend Jeff to anyone who wants an agent who puts them first and who is able to plot a sure course through all the decisions and legal agreements involved in selling a home.

They knew all this and yet reassured me that if I pay off all my bills I would be able to buy a home. My case was very difficult for them because before I could buy a house I needed to find a buyer for my condo which was badly in need of work. Plus I had a lot of pets and no way to really do a proper showing. However thanks to Gina (who was wonderful, btw) I was able to get a buyer for my condo. But this left me with a limited time to find a house. I found two homes I loved and put offers down on one. In 2006 when the time came to sign the paperwork for my condo I was called in and did everything in person, having someone on hand to explain to me what I was signing. Last year this did not happen. I got a whole bunch of emails with contracts from various places that the email asked me to auto sign with no one there to offer guidance or explain the forms to me. This was difficult for me because I am 60 years old and not tech-savvy. I could not read half of what I signed. My offer was accepted on the house. When I went to meet with Matt Dubas I asked when the inspection would be done on the house. He told me the inspection was waived. I had never agreed to this, nor would I if I had known one of the forms they deceptively slipped into one of those electronic email contracts had me sign this waiver. I was also not told during this meeting with Matt that I still had the ability to back out of the deal. Which I would have if I had known I could, because there was the other house I liked just as much. I moved into a home built in 1900 that needs a $30k roof replacement. I borrowed $6000 from a friend and settled for repairing the roof instead. After just one winter the siding is starting to peel off the house. I had a specialist out to look at the home and it will cost me $40k to get the house resided. Both of these things would have been brought to my attention if I had had the house inspected--which I DID want to happen and never happened. This realtor has told me several times that mine was one of the most difficult sales they have had. I truly think they snuck that form into the contract for me to unknowingly sign to get me into a house and be rid of me. The broker Brian Acey (also at Keller Williams) called me last week and told me there should have been a form I would have to sign to waive the inspection on the house--and someone on hand to explain to me that is what I was signing. That never happened. Mr. Acey also said I should have been informed after the fact that I still could back out of the deal. That never happened either. Mr. Acey then spoke to Matt and called me today. Now suddenly he is telling me "oh there was a form electronically sent that you signed" (auto signed). And when I reminded him of the things he told me over the phone last week, suddenly he doesn't "recall" saying any of that to me. I am 60 years old. I guess Mr Acey must assume I am a forgetful old lady with a poor memory, but I am not. I remember things very well and write down important things I am told in phone calls. But I guess lying through one's teeth and using deceptive tactics to get an older person barely able to make ends meet into a home they cannot afford to get rid of them is perfectly ok to do if you work for Keller Williams.

Our problems started right after we rented, and they did address them initially, but then they couldn't agree with the landlord and parted ways. After that, I was left alone with the landlord. Of course, since their contracts ended, they don't have to help, but even though I continued paying all my rent through the platform they provided and they knew about the issues with the landlord, they offered no support when I moved out. They didn't even give me a reference, and because my landlord didn't reply to emails or replied late, or perhaps gave a bad reference, I had a lot of trouble finding a new place. All I wanted was a reference. I came from another state and rented this house sight unseen, trusting their name, but they didn't lift a finger to help me in my difficult time. In the end, with a baby, two months of stress looking for a house, being rejected, and paying more deposit because there was no reference or a bad one. Think twice before doing business with this company or trusting their name, and if possible, talk to the landlord directly and meet them because one day they might be disappeared. Otherwise, you might end up without electricity and get no help from anyone. Because at the end of the day, once they rent the house and get their money, you're nobody's concern. Note for response: I just have asked that I rented property via your company and paid on time. New landlord just want to make sure no eviction or delayed payments. You had all these information and legally you could refer me because I rented from your company and I have used zego payment via from your company. You guys just rented out took your money and left me alone with landlord. I dont know landlord.I trusted your company! You just betrayed and left your customer alone

Installed our "propane" set up for natural gas and almost burned our house down. 15 months after purchase, they still have not repaired or replaced the fireplace. Driveway was poured at an angle that drain INTO the garage. Pitiful paint job, had to repaint the entire house before moving in! Roof drains filled with concrete, broken windows (from construction) not repaired for over a year. Cracked tiles, wood floors lifting up...it never stops. Leaking fitting on backflow device washed out $5,000 worth of brand new landscaping we just paid for. They said, yeah, we don't warranty irrigation or landscaping. Nails in trim shot right through water lines, broken drain pipe on bathtub leaked into ceiling, I could go on. Our development is 28 homes. EVERY one of them has the same option of VL. No one is satisfied. Multiple homes have had downstairs floods, many septic system issues, electrical issues. They hire really low end subcontractors and don't manage them. If you buy from them, you will regret it! Our next door neighbor had over 125 items on their punch list when moving in.

We calculated how much money we were getting after their fees and all the repairs they had done (for our 1990 house that was in great shape) and it turned out to be 65% of the rent. If you need anything be prepared to interact with their robust team of offshore folks in the Philippines. We are still unclear why we needed our septic pumped 2x within 2 years and were quoted $3-4k each time as they did not send us the detailed breakdown of the requested work. We had a suspicion that the folks they use for maintenance and for other repairs were financially incentivized or tied to the company as we did not receive multiple bids and it looked like SJA had ties to the company doing the work. Shout out to Kayla Schwartz who never answered any of my emails until I cc'd Claudette Scott. They did not seem to fully do walk throughs and left our property and wood floors covered in dog pee pads during the walk through. We requested that they not allow tenants to use our fireplace and found they had left that in the listing so we were legally obligated to allow it. Neat. If you want to lose significant amounts of value and gain 0 value except for a huge headache, SJA is the property management firm for you!
