I really enjoyed the monthly decor and complimented her, connecting on our mutual love for memes. I then needed to speak with someone about my account. While I was only assisted by two people directly, I was greeted and asked if I needed anything by everyone who came in my path, including being offered a beverage twice. Not only was everyone very professional, but they were kind and I felt welcome to be there. These days you can't stop into a gas station without being treated like a nuisance, which is why it was so refreshing and noticeable. Finally, it wasn't until I checked my wallet a moment ago that I discovered a hand-written "Thank You" on my cash envelope. It put a smile on my face hours later. There's also a working drive-through with several lanes outside which is a welcome addition since many banks like Bank of America and recently Wells Fargo have started removing their drive-thoughs to force you into the lobby instead.

I had the bank send a check instead, That check was not quickly credited to my account and my policy was cancelled. After phoning the office the policy was reinstated. I keep getting some kind of installment payments charged to my credit card (ranging from 22 to 89 dollars) in spite of the fact that I have made a lump sum payment thinking that was all that was required for the next 6 months or 12 months. I try calling the office and find that there is little help after Thursdays at 12:30. I am frustrated. I have never reported a loss in the last 10 years yet my premium have doubled.
