Out of five, two waited a week before sending me a follow up. One was rather high also. And two were very reasonable. Linda at this location not only send me a quote but followed up with a call to ask me a few questions. Those questions lead to a discount. After a couple more calls back and forward, my final cost was less than half the price of my current insurance. I gave them my credit card to cover my auto and home insurance. A few days later, I get paperwork to sign and decided to drop them off personally. Got to meet both Linda and Becki, very pleasant women. I will update my review after I make any claims

Michael swore and Janet and Sara along with the lady who answers the phone calls all tell you something different to do. So I called several times and talked to these people and they all answered my questions with different answers and the lady at the front told me several different times that I Do Not have to sign paperwork to send back. Never can I speak with my agent even when I have requested it several times. So now they want to charge me more money for a mistake that I tried to fix several months ago. This agent Alex Hanke added some rental property policy that we never agreed too, they've been charging us every month, and we don't even have the property anymore. When you do a builders risk policy it's known in advance the property is a flip house, and not a rental. I've tried calling about 10 times and nobody ever answers, it goes to voicemail, and their voicemail is so full you can't even leave a message. Tread lightly doing anything with these guys, they'll sneak extra insurance onto you and you'll be charged every month.
