I showed one of the workers, and he attempted to fix them but couldn't. He told me to give the tint some time to settle and come back if the problem remained. I also texted the owner explaining what was going on. He read my message, so I gave the tint time to settle like they recommended. After waiting, the creases were still there and looked exactly the same. I then tried multiple times to contact the owner by text and phone to schedule an appointment to have the work corrected. My messages were read, but I received no response, and my calls were ignored. That's extremely unprofessional, especially when you advertise a "lifetime warranty." At this point, I don't trust this business to touch my car again. The whole situation feels sketchy, and based on my experience, the reviews this place has definitely don't add up. I'll be paying another shop to fix their work. A lifetime warranty doesn't mean much when the owner won't even respond when there's a problem. I would not recommend this place.

Safelite called immediately, made an appt, and got to my house on time. I have a Macan which meant replacing the windshield and calibrating the camera. They were professional and very sweet. I will tell you that, later in the evening, the rear view mirror fell down. I called and they had someone at my house first thing in the morning. There was a screw that was a bit loose. He fixed it, explained it and showed it to me. It took all of about 8 minutes. They were friendly, professional, and fast. I would highly recommend.

You'd think a company that does this every day would have that figured out, but apparently not. Request was send in Feb, it is now April, just to order a part and attempt to schedule the service. A month of me calling, following up, and basically begging for progress because they clearly weren't capable of handling it on their own. And then, after all that time wasted, they refused to complete the service, for no valid reason whatsoever. Nothing had changed from the original situation. Same car, same issue, same everything. They just decided not to do the job. To top it off, the on-site staff was rude, dismissive, and acted like I was the inconvenience. No accountability, no urgency, no professionalism. Honestly one of the worst service experiences I've ever had. Avoid Safelite at all costs unless you enjoy wasting your time and being treated like your business doesn't matter.
