I was told 5-7 months when it actually took 9 months. I want them to be more diligent on customer service. I realize the pandemic has put strain on products and timelines. However, it doesn't cost anything to call the customer to tell them what's happening when weeks have gone by their prediction date. Only after I called twice did the product get there. Then, I was told another 6 weeks to finish the stone work. Only to have to call again to see when it would be placed because it was over 6 weeks. When the product was finally ready. I was given the wrong setup date. Only, after I called again did they select another date. These headaches for both the customer and the consumer could have easily been avoided. More communication between the two could have easily prevented the stress. They did a very professional job setting the tombstone.
