No privacy, everyone is stacked on top of each other. Assistants really need to stay with patient so exercises are done correctly and there are no injuries. Assistants are sitting in a huddle of six laughing and joking about Walmart and all six of them are ignoring their patients. Extremely disappointed. Also in serious need of a cleaning and a paint job. No excuse for a business looking like this. The entire facility is in need of a serious deep cleaning and a paint job. I was a past patient at this facility in Hemet for physical therapy after TWO knee replacements, in 2017 and 2021, both cash pay with excellent Physical Therapists and front office staff. Wow, things have really changed here. I called July 29, Aug. 7, Aug. 8, Aug. 15 with questions to see a therapist again, cash pay. Office staff at this specific office instructed me twice to leave a voicemail for the office manager (?). I never received a response. I went to the office today in person and explained my situation, including how I never heard back from Ms. Sprinkles. The receptionist told me she does not come into the office. I stated that I didn't mind that, but I never received a call back to answer my questions, etc. She repeated herself and stated, "I SAID......! Do you want me to make you an appt.?" I said I was confused about the lack of a call back and what it had to do with her not physically being in the office. She repeated herself again, getting a little more annoyed at having to do that. I asked what Ms. Sprinkles not being there in person had to do with responding to my voicemail, for the third time and whether she no longer worked for the company. She said she doesn't ever respond to voicemails because she is not physically there. I asked why I was instructed to leave those messages then. She stated, "Do you WANT to make an appt.?" Didn't ask if she could answer questions about the office or therapists. Nothing. Just said, "I am just the receptionist." So, her only job is to sit at the front desk, answer the phone and make appts.? Wow, that is some customer service! I said it seemed like the office didn't want my business. No response. So, I'm going elsewhere and would be remiss if I didn't share this fall from grace. So sad.

I had a referral to see orthopedic Dr. It was a total waste of my time and day. I made a appointment back in Sept 25' didn't get to the appointment till Oct 30,2025 cause they are "so busy" but when I go all I see is staff talking lollygagging not paying attention ignoring patients , being unprofessional. I had a 930am appointment I showed up at 850am. I was sat in a room at 9am and ignored and just disregarded. I sat in the room till 1005 am. I could hear multiple people walking around and "Dr." Going room to room but not mine and this is supposed to be a specialist. Ha in what ? Needless to say I walked out after just sitting there and wasting time by waiting. If they don't respect my time I'm not gonna waste more of my own time when I could have been doing something more productive. Rhaul Abraham is the most incompetent, lazy, unreachable doctor I have ever had the displeasure of…read moremeeting. He cannot put on a simple short leg cast. My first cast was full of dents and pressure points but he said "its fine". My second cast he put on while my leg was still swollen from his first cast so now its too large and it slips. He said "fit one finger" but if my leg isn't swollen I can fit my whole hand. If you get referred to him ask for a new doctor immediately!  He gives no after care instructions other than "dont get it wet". He will not investigate the symptoms he causes, he'll just say "we'll see if it clears up". When it doesn't clear up you will never hear from him no matter how many messages you leave for his medical assistant, because you can only talk to the MA at this hell hole. He won't even call for scheduled teladoc appointments, I had to call multiple times only for him to tell me he doesn't know anything like why my leg burns, the bottom of my foot tingles and goes numb, or why I have consistentcalf paint after his abomination of a cast was put on my leg. My new othro was surprised to hear he lete leave the office with that dent clearly putting pressure on my broken ankle. Ive been in consistent pain for 3 weeks but I've decided I'm not going to ruin my leg more because of this incompetent man. He doesn't care about his patients and should not he practicing medicine in any capacity.

The lady on the phone told me there's a ten minute policy and that after ten minutes I can't be seen. I arrived at 3:38 and was told because it's past my appointment time I won't be seen. After stating that I made it within the policy time they stated it's because they're short staffed. This is ridiculous and I do not appreciate the customer service received. Don't tell me if I make it within the ten minutes I can still be seen but when I do you turn me away. Horrible place.
