There were only two of us, yet she asked how many people were in our group while sitting in her chair. When I answered, she made an insulting comment that left us feeling unwelcome from the moment we arrived. Next, we went downstairs because the Latin music and dance floor were much better. However, many patrons were wearing extremely revealing outfits, which made us uncomfortable. While I understand every venue has its own atmosphere and dress standards, it wasn't what we expected, and staff didn't seem concerned about maintaining an environment that appealed to a wider range of guests. The biggest issue was the temperature inside the club. It was unbearably hot, with people sweating throughout the venue, and it didn't seem like the air conditioning was working. It also felt extremely crowded, making the experience even more uncomfortable. Overall, the customer service, overcrowding, and overall atmosphere made this a disappointing visit. Security was friendly, but we waited about 3 hours for him to perform for only around an hour. The biggest issue was pickpocketing. We caught a woman stealing my boyfriend's debit card and immediately locked all our cards. When my bf confronted her she disappeared or left right away. Right after, her friend a woman in a red dress started "dancing" with me while feeling around my pockets, clearly trying to steal too. Be extra careful with these 3 girls. It's one that will dance to get friendly she had a black lace jumpsuit and the other hype girl that was the one in red dress and a 3rd girl in a white top, super quiet and seemed shy and reserved. I'd recommend only bringing your phone with Apple Pay and keeping a close eye on it. It also got super hot inside after one of the large fans stopped working and was removed. Rick was always available to chat, quick to respond and was able to answer any/all questions I had. His suggestions were always helpful and appreciated. Belinda was also such a pleasure to work with.
