I've purchased two cars from this dealership and the process was quick both times once I was able to get what I wanted. I was not in a hurry to purchase and I took about 3 months to get the perfect cars. My first was a Mercedes E350 and my current is an Audi A6. Both cars had no accidents reported on them, had less than 3 owners and after taking them to my own mechanic the only thing I needed on them was an oil change. Mr. Holt got exactly what I asked for and did not try to put me in something just to make a sale. Mr. Holt ensured my cars were waxed, had preventative maintenance and the brakes and tires were both in good (new tires on both cars) condition. He also followed up after the sale to ensure I was still happy and I am. Do not let the location nor how it looks on the outside make you think this is not legit. Mr. Holt follows-up well, quickly and he keeps you apprised of what is going on. The financing will be based upon your credit. So if you have credit challenges be 100% upfront about it and have a deposit in which a bank will work with you. You already know if you have bad credit or no credit and will need more money down or a co-signer. Come in with the documents he tells you to and your cash deposit and he can get you into the car you are looking for. I stumbled upon First Star Motors through my daily email alerts from a particular car site. I stopped by to see an Altima which was included in my alerts and to my surprise Keith (owner of the dealership) had a similar deal on a MERCEDES. Owning a Mercedes never even crossed my mind. We took it for a test drive and that was it, I had to have it. Keith is a down to earth and honest car salesman, unlike some car salesmen. He answered all of my questions throughout the process and even took the time to bring the car to my personal mechanic. The car checked out fine, Keith got me approved for a reasonable priced loan.
