The parts department, they know what they are doing for the lost part. The service is where the opportunity is lacking. I had a tonneau cover placed on my truck bed. It was installed incorrectly. Now, I have to make another appointment to get it installed proper. The issue is that the service advisors line never gets answered and the voice mail box is FULL! How do you expect to make any money when you can't leave messages or pick up the phone? I do a lot of " I don't knows" when I asked questions. The only way this place can improve is to take the feedback from the low scoring reviews and fix each problem. If you have one department that operates better than the other then you may want to check on favoritism. The parts department have seasoned personnel the service department, has many people who are their to help but not really certain how to help. I sense that if they take initiative or ask questions on how things work, they get the "I don't know" replies. Which makes sense now because they are replying on furthering their training but there is definitely some separation from who does what at this location. It is family owned and operated since 1974 so that speaks volumes.

It has now been over 7 business days with no further communication. At this point, the issue is not only that my vehicle was returned with a non-functioning AC after service, but also the lack of follow-through after a stated commitment was made. I will be pursuing additional escalation if this is not addressed promptly.

They make it extremely simple and easy to purchase a vehicle compared to the normal dealerships that play haggling games with you trying to squeeze every possible dollar out of you. We confronted the dealership head manager, who made an illegal temporary tag and had it hand delivered to our home.
