Out of everyone in my circle of friends, I am known to be the difficult one. I beg to differ! I'm not finicky, I just have high standards. I needed to have my Tesla wall connector (wall charger) installed and Ney was highly recommended to me by a friend and he did not disappoint. He was very knowledgeable (rightfully so because he is licensed and bonded) and his suggestions were non-sensical. He recommended the cheaper option and I went with it. The work came out looking perfect and CLEAN. He cleaned up after himself very well. I am extremely happy with the outcome. He's definitely a stand up person and I'll be sure to use him for all of my electrical needs from this point forward. PS. Another thing he did that really made him stand out is while he was working on the wall connector installation, he saw that I was struggling with a self installation of an outlet. First Tri has saved my butt twice. My tenant called me desperate for help, all the power had gone out. Ney responded quickly and performed a challenging repair (part was unavailable and he was still able to get the power up) for a very fair price. Fast forward a year and a half later - same issue. My home electric situation was a hot mess. Only a few outlets worked and the rest were iffy at best. Ney responded to my estimate request within 10 minutes and was here in less than an hour. Was a couple month ago now. Contacted Ney and he responded promptly. Was seen the next day. Air went out, and turns out my fuses and bar were all burn up. He replaced the whole thing good as new (fuses and bar)for around $500. It has been a couple months since and have not had any issues with the work. Yelp comes through in the clutch again -- this time with an electrician that we used for a big project and will continue to use in the future! We wanted three bathroom fans installed so we didn't have to have our windows open all the time when showering or -- ahem -- using the toilet. We also wanted to be able to keep our windows closed so the lovely Chino cow stench wouldn't keep trickling into our house! I got several quotes and Ney's was easily the most thorough when he came by and also the best price, so I went with him. He told me exactly what I needed to buy at Home Depot and even bought some of the other parts (ducting) that were a little more complicated for me to get and didn't mark them up. Ney and Joe arrived on time and worked hard for approximately eight hours while keeping me updated on their progress throughout the day. A few things really stood out from their time working at our house: 1.) They did everything possible to help us avoid hundreds of dollars in drywall repair, which was my big fear going in. It turns out the unavoidable drywall damage is minimal and is about a $150 fix, which is within our budget. 2.) When they needed different ducting parts, they quickly went to Home Depot to get them and, again, did not mark me up. 3.) In addition to sweeping (this was a messy project with all the drilling), Joe even used my vacuum before they left to make sure the floors were almost as clean as when they arrived. 4.) For what it's worth, they were very friendly and patient with our nosey six-month old kittens, who kept getting in their way while they were working! Needless to say, the fans (and switches) they installed are in great working order and an excellent addition to our house. I contacted a group of electricians via Yelp and Ney was very responsive and his quote was more than fair. I needed two ceiling fans wired from scratch and three additional ceiling fans installed to existing wiring. He came at the time/date we agreed on, and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also was very thorough while doing the job. After completing the job he cleaned up after himself as if he was never there.
