Back in April, I had 3 ceiling fans that I needed to get installed prior to the summer heat. I filled out a Yelp project inquiry and Todd responded very quickly and his prices were fair. Once all 3 fans had arrived, Todd was able send Butch and Joe to my place that same week. The 3 ceiling fans needed to be installed on the 2nd floor and since there was no pre-existing wiring, they had to climb up into my tiny attic, cut the holes, install 3 fan rated ceiling boxes, then connect the wiring and finally connect the fans to the new ceiling boxes. Butch and Joe were super great guys and were able to get everything done efficiently and with minimal mess. Payment was easy through Zelle bank transfer, which seems to be the preferred payment these days. OMG I don't know what to say but this guy Todd was a miracle worker.......over the phone!!!!! When it came to resetting my breaker box, I tried with Edison and another electric place and nothing they said worked!!! But I spoke to the owner Todd and he told me push that breaker button all the way with your thumbs as hard as you can to the left and I said okay and I did it and then he said now push it all the way to the right and I don't know what magic he did by telling me to use my thumbs and push it as hard as I can but it not only worked, he saved me a lot of money!!! These guys are awesome! We had Brian and Butch come out to install two new ceiling fans and move one ceiling fan from one room to another. The two new ceiling fans had remotes, but we wanted wall switches to avoid the hassle of a lost remote or dead battery. Brian and Butch came up with the great idea of using one wall switch that controls both lighting and fan speed. Perfect! We were not aware of such an option. They were so patient with us as we were making this decision. Fans were installed and we were very impressed with their patience, professionalism, and courtesy. After they left, we unfortunately started to have an issue with one of the fans turning off. We could not figure out why. Brian came back out right away and thought he had fixed it, but it happened again. He came back out again (both times on the weekend) and took another look. Turns out that the guys who had installed our attic fan had screwed up the wiring and linked it to a switch downstairs without us realizing it! Brian figured that out and wired everything correctly for us. Now the fans all work perfectly! What I had done: -Upgrade an old push matic 100 amp to a new 200 amp panel. -Every single plug and switch removed, inspected, and repaired or replaced as needed. -Rewired several switch boxes. -Inspected the attic and the A/C electrical and added three junction boxes. Took about 3 weeks ahead time till he could send a tech out. The day of he said to call him in the morning , I called him and gave him my info and he said he's was gonna call me back to arrange a time for that day. I waited at least 5 hours with no response from him so I ended calling him. He ended up losing my info so was unable to call me. So then we set up a time for the day after , When they came I agreed on the price so they left to get parts, but now he said the parts are unavailable that they had to order it for next week and would call me next week when it comes in. Well It's been at least 2 weeks now with no communication from them. I don't see how this company has 5 Star reviews. The level of service I got from them is ridiculous. read more
