They responded quickly, communicated clearly throughout the whole process, and got us taken care of the same day. The electrician found loose wires and a couple of bad breakers, explained everything clearly, and replaced and repaired the problem components efficiently. Nick was the first to respond within minutes...at 8 o'clock at night! We FaceTimed him (after seeing all of his five star Yelp reviews) to show him our problem, and he gave immediate advice, which we followed. He said he would be out first thing in the morning. He was! We had to replace a few circuits that were fried and decided to do a full breaker box maintenance (to prevent this from happening again) because it probably hadn't been serviced...ever...in 25 years. Nick went far over and above expectations. He threw in upgrading a garage outlet while he was here and put in a whole house surge protector at a very discounted rate since we went with the full breaker box maintenance package. Our breaker box now looks and works like it is brand new. His work comes with a two year warranty! Nick was extremely personable and honest. I added him to my contacts because we will be contacting him with any future electrical issues. When we first moved to our house, we had an issue with our other side of the house not having electricity whenever it rained and hired 2 five star rated electricians on yelp and they were able to fix the problem and problem would come up again when it started raining. Those 2 electricians we hired were a waste of time and money as they didn't troubleshoot well like First Tri Electric. I called First Tri Electric and the owner Ney sent his employee to check it out. He did some troubleshooting that the other 2 electricians I hired before didn't do. It turns out my wires were getting wet inside since my pipes weren't water proof. Ney's employee took everything apart and rewired everything and BOOM everything was working perfectly even during the rain. I hired Ney on another big project at my house to upgrade my panel to a 200 AMP and this turned out smooth swell. No problems at all and I have my AC on all day and charge my EV at night. Look no further for another electrician, these guys are all you need. Their pricing is well priced compared to the others aswell! They also installed my Chargepoint and Tesla charger. These guys get the job done!

He spent the entire first day thoroughly cleaning the tile throughout our home, carefully restoring the grout lines and removing 20 years of buildup. The following day, he returned and diligently sealed all the grout using Malibu Sand, taking the time to apply everything evenly and properly. What impressed me most was how thorough he was. Brandon even offered to move the refrigerator and the laundry machines so he could clean and seal areas that most people would probably skip. That level of attention to detail really stood out. The transformation was incredible. Our first-floor flooring honestly looks like a completely different space now. It has become one of my favorite features of the house. What began as a simple A/C replacement in November 2023 turned into a year-long ordeal of equipment failures, property damage, and abysmal customer service. 1. Faulty Installation and Persistent Issues: - New Lennox condenser began leaking within two weeks of installation (11/18/23) - Despite photographic evidence, owner "Manny" dismissed it as "just manufacturer oil" - Leak worsened, spreading to concrete (11/29/23) - Multiple service calls resulted in band-aid solutions - A/C unit frequently froze, leaving us without cooling for days in 100+ degree weather - It took nearly a year (until 10/2/24) to finally get the faulty condenser replaced under manufacturer warranty 2. Severe Property Damage: - During a maintenance visit (7/26/23), the technician used a highly corrosive cleaner - This chemical etched off my concrete sealer, leaving a scab-like appearance - Damage extended to my garage door and wrought iron fence when they carelessly rinsed and splashed the chemical - Immediate complaints were met with empty promises and no action 3. Lack of Accountability: - After months and months of run-around, they suggested I file an insurance claim - "Corporate" reception doesn't have license or insurance information to provide when requested. - Continually shifted responsibility, making it impossible to get a straight answer 5. Suspicious Business Practices: - Reception refuses to provide license or insurance information - Owners play "good cop, bad cop," switching primary contacts when complaints escalate - Upsold maintenance plan that did nothing to address core issues 6. Ongoing Damage and Neglect: - As of October 2024, nearly a year after the initial property damage, no repairs have been made - Multiple promises of resolution have been broken - Property damage remains unaddressed, potentially worsening over time In summary, ACVOLT ELECTRICAL INC has demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism, technical competence, and basic customer care. They've left me with damaged property, wasted time, and the stress of dealing with their incompetence for an entire year. Excellent company!!! After hiring 2 previous licensed electricians and still not getting the results I paid for, I was referred here. I spoke with the owner Jessy, whose VERY HONEST!! I told him what the problems were that I was having, the work I had done and what the light company told me I needed. He informed me that that would look at all the information I gave him, assured me none of his workers would try to "sale" me on anything I didn't need. He gave me a quote and stuck with it. We set a date and time and his workers came out promptly. They were very professional, and worked the entire time. I explained the issue to them, they checked around and did what me and jessy had discussed. They also discovered and showed me some of the previous work I paid for wasn't completed properly. They took a lunch and returned on time and finished the work. They very knowledgeable and experienced. I added additional work and the price hardly increased!!! Jesse and Jessica of Harbor Electrical provided a great experience with my electrical panel upgrade. The whole process felt very easy and Harbor was able to be the most competitive electrical contractor. My panel was 29 years old and my house was underpowered. Update**** Pretty expensive compared to his quote as well as other quotes received. Probably wouldn't call him again. Quoted $150 charged $200 for about 10 mins. ***2nd Update*** Jessy called me back after leaving my initial update and stated he was unaware of the Yelp quote.
