Good: I have used their online services for by RE broker renewal and had no issues. Very Bad: They offer access to a library of forms. I tried to use one of the forms for a SFR real estate transaction and it was simply EMBARRASING! The forms are not professional at all when working with another real estate agent. They are not comparable or at all similar to Win forms. It's sad, but true. Do not think you can use their forms and be successful in the real estate industry. Todays date is 2-8-2026. Im in the middle of my Broker License Renewal (CE) and the site ( First Tuesday) has blocked me from testing stating that I have to wait till 2/4/2026 to test even though today is 2/8/2026 it still will not let me test. Then it stated that if I pay $15.00 it would remove the timer on my testing.. Well I put that $15 on my AMX card to remove the timer and Im still blocked. Meanwhile it's the weekend when I have the time to knock out the testing (CE) Im unable to do so because of the incompetent site. GO ELSEWHERE FOR TESTING MATERIAL!!!! I've been using Frist Tuesday for my RE renewal license since 2013. I love the renewal formate. it's easy you take the chapter quizzes then a final exam per section. Get you renewal license by taking final exam per book. Get your renewal license after you pass all the final exams. No big exam at the end of the course. Love this format it's easy and non stressful. read more

Terrible waste of money. The studying material for a realtor has no guidance at all, or allow you to pick up where you left off when you log back in. Customer service is a joke when you call they give you no guidance your basically on your own. I wasted $300 and have to go to a different company to pay again. I have used First Tuesday for multiple years. Specifically now for a Broker Exam. I have paid for a year and then noticed that my courses expired. I called the company to get assistance re-enrolling and paying. The staff member was pushy(when they already had me as a client), kept asking for my card and hung up on me at the end. I wasted a lot of time studying their questions for the real estate license. The exam was very different. Now that I am studying for the broker exam I see they have spent almost no time updating and improving the material. A lot of the questions are either irrelevant or a mattter of opinion. This review is for their online courses only. I'm assuming due to regulation, their course requires 1:00 - 4:00 minutes pass before allowing you to move to the next page. It also kicks you out if you're not touching the page for 6:00 minutes. Each unit ranges from a few pages up to around 10. If you're booted on page ten, you have to start over, waiting for the required time on each page... again. I understood this and just made sure I stayed active. However, a bug seems to exist within their test and I have now been booted 3 different times, on the last page of a unit. This last unit took 30 minutes to get to the last page and it booted me, while active, saying I was inactive. I start over, get 3 pages in and it signs me out this time, requiring I go through all the steps again to prove who I am. Massive headache. So now I've had to start over various units, four different times because the system wasn't registering me scrolling and clicking the page. There's nothing else wrong with the course, but considering none of us want to be spending time in continued education, a program that ends up wasting your time, just isn't worth it when there are plenty of other affordable options out there. Staff is nice and helpful, but I will never purchase an online CE course here again due to the frustration it caused. read more

I've been licensed since 2015 and have only used First Tuesday with success. What helped me was their State Exam Prep Course (I probably opened the books once). I took that prep course exam over and over again until I could consistently pass it at 80% or higher about a week before my scheduled exam. I was one of the first people to finish the test and pass. I recommended a friend to do the same thing and they passed on their first try as well. Now I'm renewing my license and happily giving FT my money. read more

Do NOT take the State Exam Prep Course from First Tuesday. The questions on the actual exam are completely different, resembling little to nothing of what First Tuesday claims to prepare you for. You will spend 30-40 hours studying, go on a long drive, and spend 3 more hours taking the test. You will fail unless you have decades of experience. The videos are outdated, the actual exam has evolved, so has the industry. They refunded my money and would not explain why they continue to market this huge pile of junk. read more

There are so many bad reviews that I had to share my amazing experience with this company. In 2015 I think it was I went through this program to get my Salesperson license. The website is easy to use and the guides and books were straightforward. I passed all of the course exams the first time without an issue. I enrolled in the San Diego crash course when I was ready to take the big exam and this is what truly made it all worth it. The instructor was hilarious and yet very straightforward and to the point. He taught us not how to memorize all the material but how to pass the test. I passed the exam on my first try thanks to him. I'm now starting to go through the process again to get my Broker's License and I wouldn't go anywhere else other than First Tuesday. I just hope the same Crash Course Instructor is teaching. I signed up for a Course on August 3 of last year. I began to have organ failure and was very sick in 2019. I had a life saving organ transplant on Feb 1, 2020. Recovery takes a long time. I emailed a couple days ago and since I didn't receive an email back I gave them a call today. I was informed I was only given a year to take the course. When I signed up the salesman told me I had 18 months! Anyway, I missed the deadline by only 17 days! They said I would have to re-enroll and they would not apply my $49 from the course I did not take to the new course. THIS IS SOMETHING THEY COULD DO IF THEY WANTED TO. THEY DON'T WANT TO. Spoke to the NMLS earlier and just hung up with the Department of Real Estate. NMLS SAID "BUT YOU DIDN'T TAKE THE COURSE. THEY SHOULD LET YOU TAKE THE COURSE, GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK, OR APPLY IT " and the Department of Real Estate told me "I DON'T THINK THEY CAN DO THAT. YOU NEVER TOOK THE COURSE. THERE IS NO DEADLINE. YOU SHOULD FILE A COMPLAINT". Their words, not mine. Basically NMLS and DRE are calling BS. I would never treat my clients like this. I have a heart. Really bothers me that I have referred so many people to FT. I'm checking out if what the NMLS and DRE told me is true. read more

What I thought would be an easy thing turned into a nightmare. Also, as a company, knowing that today is the last day to submit to NMLS, they decided to close the office early for vacation. If their system was working properly, I would have had no problem achieving their deadline, however, now I'm left with now trying to contact NMLS to see what my options are. They have BIG BOLD warning signs to click and highlight while doing the course. Guess what???!! Didn't matter. I read fast and have been in the business for 13 years. Just passed the broker exam, thanks to First Tuesday. Their online website has videos to watch and online exams to take. Their simulated 200 question exam keeps updating with every attempt, so the more you take it, the more questions you can memorize. Really easy and clear. They also sent me a hardcopy book which is a great reference guide. The only thing I would change is to make their website available to use on other devices besides laptop or desktop computer. I wasn't able to take sample tests or study from my iPad. read more

They have computer issues. I had to extend a class for which I paid a fee but was unable to access any of the online services, such as quizzes and exams. Everything had to be done on paper. Two thumbs down. Their only claim to fame is convenience. Clearly, they can't deliver on that. Use one of the other numerous online real estate schools that hopefully has their act together. By the way, I have asked for a refund of the extension fee. I'll let you know how that goes. **update** I asked for a refund since they can't deliver the service I paid for. Trya, the manager, said they would refund but I would not receive credit for the course work completed and would have to retake the classes somewhere else. These guys are the worst! I had started a course which I did not finish. I called to restart it and was asked if I needed the printed materials, I said I did not. Then I get my receipt-- They charged me for Printed Materials, Shipping and Tax on the printed materials. I called to inquire talked to the Manager Connor Walmark and he "corrected" my receipt my upping my registration fee from $38.29 to $124.42. The shell game with my money-- well 1st Tuesday just lost my business to the CEShop-- I suggest you do that as well. Integrity is what we need more in the Real Estate Business-- not less. In fact, when I called to get a second broker's ed course added to my dashboard, I told the rep, Danny, that the course I chose, #901, Economic Trends in California (warning! this class is a very analytic, statistic driven course....way too dry for me, but maybe fascinating for others), was not to my taste. I let him know I had bought another course, and it needed to be added to my dashboard. To my surprise and delight, Danny credited back the cost of Economic Trends, and within minutes, the new course was on my dashboard.
